A lazy susan is a simple machine, so the questions a buyer needs answered are short, and there are eight of them: diameter, count per pack, material, rim height, a grip on the base, what turns it, how much weight it carries and what happens if it breaks.
Read the ten listings on this page against those eight questions and no listing answers more than five. Every one gives a count and nine give a diameter, but only two print a rim height and two offer any kind of warranty. One, the Eichzer, states a weight capacity: “up to 70 lbs”. The other nine never say how much you can put on them. The best-selling Copco 12-inch turntable, #1 in Lazy Susans, answers just two: its size and a count of one.
So this guide sorts the ten question by question: diameter against the cabinet, count per pack, material, rim height, non-skid base, bearing, stated capacity and warranty. Where a listing is silent, we say so. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for this roundup; popularity below is Amazon’s Best Sellers Rank only.

Best Sellers Ranks and specifications are taken from each manufacturer’s Amazon listing as displayed on 5 October 2026 through a United States connection, and may change. Diameters are as each listing states them. The LAMU 2-pack says 9 inch in its title and 9.25 inches in its spec table; both are shown. The LANDNEOO gives a 10-inch overall size and a 9.1-inch usable area in its bullets, while its spec table lists 4.72 by 3.94 by 0.79 inches, which cannot describe a 10-inch disc. The AUAM spec table gives a width of 0.0 inches. The Lazy Susan Revolution gives no dimensions at all. “Ball” means the listing uses the words ball bearings; the Lulltou says “high precision rotating bearing” without naming the type. The LANDNEOO’s 8 cans is a stated fit, not a weight capacity. Ranks are category ranks in Lazy Susans as returned on 5 October 2026; overall ranks are in the detail cards. The Copco was sold by Amazon.com at capture; the other nine by their brands or brand-authorised sellers. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for any product here.

How We Chose These Ten
We researched current listings, compared manufacturer specifications and documentation, and read each listing’s claims about size, material, rim, base, bearing, load and warranty line by line. We did not carry out hands-on testing, and nothing below is presented as measured performance data. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for this roundup. We used Amazon Best Sellers Rank, buy-box stock and listing specifications instead, and nothing on this page describes or implies how owners have scored these turntables.
- Freestanding turntables only — every product here sits on a shelf, counter or table and spins on its own base. Built-in corner-cabinet carousels that bolt to a pole, and kidney-shaped cabinet hardware sold to cabinet makers, were not in the running.
- Eight questions, logged exactly as printed — diameter, count per pack, material, rim height, non-skid base, bearing type, stated weight capacity and warranty. A question the listing does not answer is marked Not stated, even where the photographs may suggest an answer.
- Ball bearings only where the words appear — a listing that says “ball bearings” is logged as a ball-bearing claim. “Smooth 360° rotation” is logged as a rotation claim, not a bearing.
- A grip on top is not a grip underneath — we separated non-slip surfaces, which stop jars sliding on the disc, from non-slip bases, which stop the whole unit sliding on the shelf. Several listings have one and not the other.
- Conflicting fields reported, not resolved — where a title and a spec table disagree, or a spec table gives a figure that cannot describe the product, we print both and say which one to plan around.
- Our arithmetic is labelled — surface areas, combined areas for multi-packs and shelf-depth comparisons are our own sums from the stated diameters, and are marked as such wherever they appear.
- Popularity from Best Sellers Rank only — ranks are quoted exactly as returned on 5 October 2026, overall and in Lazy Susans. All ten sit inside the top 28 of that category.
- Verified stock and seller — each product was the buy-box offer and in stock on amazon.com on 5 October 2026. Model numbers were compared across brands so that no product appears twice.

The Ten Lazy Susans in Detail
1. AMH 12-Inch Farmhouse Oak Lazy Susan Organizer, Walnut Finish — Best Overall

Oak, steel ball bearings and pads on the bottom: three answers most listings here never give.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 12 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 |
| Material | Solid oak, walnut finish; FSC certified wood, stated |
| Rim height | Not stated; overall height 2.16 in |
| Non-skid base | Anti-slip pads on the bottom, stated |
| Bearing | Steel ball bearings, stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Listed weight | 2.54 pounds |
| Design | US Patent No. D996899, stated |
| Seller | AMH DIRECT |
| Best Sellers Rank | #1,149 overall; #4 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This is the one wooden turntable here that names its wood, its bearing and its base. The title says “Farmhouse Oak”. The third bullet says it “is made of lovely oak wood that is strong”, and the last says “The wood is FSC certifed”. The second bullet describes the mechanism: “The base is made of solid wood, and the spinning mechanism is made of steel ball bearings.” And the third adds that “There is also included anti-slip pads on the bottom of the Lazy Susan, for extra surface protection.” Against our eight questions that is five answers, the joint best on the page.
It is the heaviest listing of the ten. The spec table gives 2.54 pounds. The Copco, the same 12-inch size, lists 0.9 pounds; the Eichzer, also 12 inches, lists 1.04. Weight is not a load rating, and the listing does not say whether 2.54 pounds is the turntable alone or the boxed weight. But on a lazy susan, mass in the base is what keeps the unit from lifting or tipping when one side is loaded with tall bottles and the other is empty, and the pads underneath stop that mass from skating across a smooth counter.
The rim is the gap. The listing gives an overall height of 2.16 inches and never says how much of that is rim. It mentions “a sturdy metal rack to secure the items on the turntable”, which the text does not explain further; check the photographs and ask the seller what it is before you count on it to keep jars in place. On a dining table that matters less. In a cabinet, where you spin without looking, a rim height is what tells you whether a small jar will ride over the edge.
It is a 12-inch disc, and that sizes it for a base cabinet or a counter. At about 113 square inches, by our arithmetic, it carries the most surface of any single disc here. It also needs 12 inches of clear depth and width. Upper wall cabinets are commonly built about 12 inches deep overall, with less than that inside once the door and back panel are counted, so measure before you plan this for an upper shelf. For corner base cabinets, pantry floors and a kitchen table, the size is right. The listing pitches it for all three, plus “Next to your stove” for oils and a butter dish, the job a utensil holder roundup covers from the other side of the hob.
What to weigh. It is sold by AMH DIRECT and ranks #1,149 overall and #4 in Lazy Susans. The listing gives no load and no warranty, so the five answers it does give are the ones you are buying. Care instructions are not stated beyond the wood being described as “completely food-safe”; treat it as you would a wooden board, with a wipe rather than a soak. If you want a figure for how much it will carry, only the Eichzer gives one.
Pros
- Solid oak, FSC certified wood stated
- Steel ball bearings stated
- Anti-slip pads on the bottom stated
- Heaviest listing, 2.54 lb
- 12-inch disc, about 113 sq in by our arithmetic
- #4 in Lazy Susans
Cons
- No rim height stated
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty stated
- “Metal rack” not explained in the text
- Needs 12 in of clear shelf
- Care instructions not stated
Best for: A base cabinet, pantry floor or table where you want wood, a stated ball bearing and a base that grips.
2. Eichzer 12 Inch Lazy Susan Turntable Organizer, Heavy Duty Swivel Stand — Best for Heavy Loads

The only listing of ten that says how much it will carry, and it ranks last of the ten.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 12 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 |
| Material | Not stated (“durable, heavy-duty materials”) |
| Rim height | Not stated; overall height 0.6 in |
| Non-skid base | Not stated; diamond-pattern grip on top |
| Bearing | Dual internal rings of 12 steel ball bearings, stated |
| Weight capacity | Up to 70 lbs, stated |
| Warranty | One-year quality guarantee, stated |
| Listed weight | 1.04 pounds |
| Colour | Black |
| Seller | Eichzer |
| Best Sellers Rank | #8,737 overall; #28 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
Seventy pounds is the only load figure on the page. The third bullet reads: “our Large Lazy Susan Turntable boasts an impressive weight capacity of up to 70 lbs.” None of the other nine gives a number in pounds, kilograms or anything else. The LANDNEOO says its disc is “large enough for 8 cans of coke”, which is a fit, not a load. If you are planning to stack heavy jars, tins or a stand mixer on a turntable, this is the one listing that lets you check the plan against a figure.
It is also the most specific about the bearing. “Our Lazy Susan features dual internal rings of 12 robust steel ball bearings.” Two other listings, the AMH and the LAMU 2-tier, say ball bearings; neither gives a count or an arrangement. A bearing spread over two rings rather than packed into one small ring near the centre is the usual way a turntable carries weight at the edge without tilting, which fits the 70-pound claim. We cannot verify either figure, but the listing at least commits to both.
And it is one of two listings with any warranty. The last bullet says “One-year quality guarantee ensures that any issues related to quality will be handled appropriately.” The LAMU 3-pack lists a 90-day limited warranty in its spec table. The other eight are silent. A guarantee in a bullet is not the same document as a written warranty, so keep the order record, but a year is the longest term stated on the page.
The trade-off is the rim. The spec table gives a height of 0.6 inches and the listing never describes a raised edge. The top is a “diamond-pattern surface” that “provides excellent grip”, which helps jars stay put, but a flat disc at 0.6 inches is built to carry, not to contain. That suits the uses the listing names beyond the kitchen: “swiveling serving dishes”, “house plants” and “stereo speakers and electronics”. In a cabinet full of small spice jars spun blind, a rim is worth more than a load rating. The listing also does not name a material or a grip underneath.
What to weigh. It is sold by Eichzer and ranks #8,737 overall and #28 in Lazy Susans, the lowest rank on the page. It lists 1.04 pounds and a 12-inch diameter, so it needs the same 12 inches of shelf as the AMH and the Copco. Buy it for heavy, stable items, a mixer, a cast iron pot, a large plant, or as the base under a tray of your own. For a cabinet of small bottles, pair it with a rimmed tray or choose a rimmed turntable.
Pros
- Only stated weight capacity, 70 lb
- Dual rings of 12 steel ball bearings
- One-year quality guarantee
- Diamond-pattern grip on top
- Low 0.6 in profile
- Uses beyond the kitchen named
Cons
- No rim described
- Material not stated
- Non-skid base not stated
- Lowest rank on the page, #28 in category
- Needs 12 in of clear shelf
- Guarantee wording is broad
Best for: Heavy, stable items, from a stand mixer to a large plant, where a stated load matters more than a rim.
3. LANDNEOO Set of 4, 10 Inch Non-Skid Lazy Susan Organizers — Best Value

Four discs, the only stated usable diameter on the page, and grip on both sides.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 10 in overall; 9.1 in usable, stated |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 4 |
| Material | BPA-free plastic and silicone |
| Rim height | Not stated; overall height 1.4 in |
| Non-skid base | Anti-slip base feet, stated |
| Bearing | Not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated; “large enough for 8 cans” |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Spec-table dimensions | 4.72 x 3.94 x 0.79 in (conflicts with bullets) |
| Model | L5-10CSLZP |
| Seller | FLYNET US |
| Best Sellers Rank | #1,245 overall; #5 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This is the one listing that tells you how much of the disc you can actually use. The first bullet reads: “Overall Size – 10″ x 1.4″. Available Size – 9.1″”. Every other listing gives an outside diameter and leaves you to subtract the rim wall yourself. Here, the difference is 0.9 inches across, or about 0.45 inches of wall each side, by our arithmetic. By our arithmetic again, 9.1 inches is about 65 square inches of usable surface per disc, and four discs give about 260 square inches between them: more than two 12-inch discs combined.
It grips on both sides, and says so. “Diamond-shaped silicone non-slip surface with anti-slip base feet.” The fifth bullet repeats it: “a non-slip structure on the surface and bottom”. Of the ten, three describe grip underneath and four describe grip on top; this is the only one that states both. In a cabinet, base grip stops the whole unit drifting forward when you pull a jar; surface grip stops a bottle sliding to the rim when you spin. Most listings give you one.
Four discs change how you plan a cabinet. A 10-inch disc fits where a 12-inch one may not, and four of them can go one per shelf, two side by side on a wide shelf, or one each in the fridge, under the sink, in the pantry and on a vanity, the spread the listing names. If your under-sink cupboard is the problem, the under-sink organizer guide covers pull-out and tiered alternatives. The listing does not say whether the discs stack.
The spec table disagrees with itself, and the bullets win. The spec table lists 4.72 by 3.94 by 0.79 inches, a set of numbers that cannot describe a 10-inch disc. The bullets give 10 by 1.4 inches and add a plain instruction: “Please read the lazy susan dimensions and measure your tabletop or closet space before ordering in case it doesn’t fit.” Plan around 10 inches overall and 1.4 inches high. The listing does not state a weight.
What to weigh. It is sold by FLYNET US and ranks #1,245 overall and #5 in Lazy Susans. No bearing type, no load figure and no warranty are given; the 8-can fit is the closest thing to a capacity, and it tells you about space, not weight. Hand washing is recommended. For a buyer who wants grip on both sides and enough discs to sort a whole kitchen in one order, it is the most practical set here.
Pros
- Four discs in the pack
- Usable 9.1 in diameter stated, the only one
- Silicone grip on top
- Anti-slip feet underneath
- BPA-free plastic stated
- 10 in fits where 12 in may not
Cons
- No bearing type stated
- No weight capacity, only an 8-can fit
- No warranty stated
- Spec-table dimensions contradict the bullets
- Rim height not stated
- No listed weight
Best for: Sorting several cupboards at once with mid-size discs that grip the shelf and the jars.
4. Copco Nonskid Lazy Susan Turntable Organizer 12-Inch — Top Seller

The best-ranked lazy susan on Amazon, and the listing that answers the fewest questions.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 12 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 |
| Material | Not stated |
| Rim height | Not stated; “raised edge”; overall height 1.5 in |
| Non-skid base | Not stated; nonskid liner on top |
| Bearing | Not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Listed weight | 0.9 pounds |
| Model | 2555-0190 |
| Seller | Amazon.com |
| Best Sellers Rank | #697 overall; #1 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
It is #1 in Lazy Susans, and its listing answers two of our eight questions. It gives a size, 12 inches, and a count, one. It ranks #697 overall, the only lazy susan here inside the top thousand and well ahead of the AUAM in second place at #1,037. Copco is a Lifetime Brands name, and the last bullet leans on that: “Backed by over 40 years of creating functional yet stylish home organization products”. A long-running brand and model number 2555-0190 are reasons people buy it. Neither is a specification.
What it describes, it describes in words. “SECURE NONSKID DESIGN: Built-in nonskid liner keeps bottles, jars, and containers stable while rotating.” That is grip on the top surface, not on the base; the listing never says whether the underside grips the shelf. “RAISED RIM PROTECTION: Thoughtfully designed raised edge prevents items from falling off during rotation.” There is a rim, and the overall height is 1.5 inches, but the rim height itself is not stated. “SMOOTH 360-DEGREE ROTATION” is the whole of what it says about the mechanism.
The silences are the ones that matter for heavy use. No material is named in the title, bullets or spec table; the colour field says white and grey. No bearing type is given. No load is stated, though the bullets suggest canned goods and cleaning supplies, which are some of the heaviest things in a kitchen cupboard. No warranty is stated. At 0.9 pounds it is the lightest listed weight on the page, under half the AMH’s 2.54 pounds at the same 12-inch size.
For a 12-inch disc, it is the one that fits the most places on paper. The overall height of 1.5 inches is low enough for a crowded shelf, and the listing names the fridge, pantry, bathroom, office, laundry, garage and craft spaces. At about 113 square inches, by our arithmetic, it holds the same footprint as the AMH and the Eichzer. In an upper wall cabinet, the same caution applies: measure the inside depth before you assume 12 inches will go in and still let the door close.
What to weigh. It is sold by Amazon.com, which is the cleanest returns path on the page. If you want a familiar brand at the top of the chart and plan to load it with spice jars and light bottles, it is a reasonable choice. If you need to know what it is made of, what it turns on or how much it carries, the listing does not tell you, and the AMH, the Eichzer and the LAMU 2-tier all answer more.
Pros
- #1 in Lazy Susans, #697 overall
- Sold by Amazon.com
- Nonskid liner on top
- Raised rim described
- Low 1.5 in overall height
- 12-inch disc, about 113 sq in by our arithmetic
Cons
- Material not stated
- Rim height not stated
- Bearing not stated
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty stated
- Base grip not stated
Best for: A buyer who wants the category bestseller from Amazon.com for light jars and bottles.
5. LAMU 3 Pack Lazy Susan Organizer Turntable for Cabinet, 9.25, 10.6 and 12 Inch — Best Mixed Sizes

Three sizes in one box, and the only spec table on the page with a warranty field.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 9.25, 10.6 and 12 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 3 |
| Material | Plastic; described as acrylic |
| Rim height | Not stated; “three different raised edge sizes” |
| Non-skid base | Not stated; “reinforced base” |
| Bearing | Not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | 90 day limited, stated |
| Listed weight | 2.3 pounds |
| Model | LM847 (part LM847001) |
| Seller | Delamu Official |
| Best Sellers Rank | #1,456 overall; #6 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This set answers the diameter question three ways at once. “This set includes three versatile sizes measuring 9.25 inches, 10.6 inches, and 12 inches.” If you do not know which size your cabinets want, or you have three cabinets that want different ones, this is the only listing that lets you find out without a second order. By our arithmetic the three discs total about 269 square inches: 113 for the 12-inch, 88 for the 10.6-inch and 67 for the 9.25-inch.
It is the only listing with a warranty in the spec table. The field reads “90 day limited.” It is short, and the terms are not set out, but it is a formal field rather than a phrase in a bullet, and only the Eichzer’s one-year guarantee joins it on this page. The other two LAMU listings, from the same seller, show no warranty field at all.
Rims are described, not measured. “Three different raised edge sizes of this spinning organizer for space storage needs, prevent items fall off during rotation.” The listing does not say what the three heights are. The spec table gives a height of 2.56 inches, which most likely refers to the largest piece or the nested set; the listing does not say which. Its sister listings print their edges, 1 inch on the 2-tier and 1.18 inches on the 2-pack, so the omission here is odd.
The base is “reinforced”, and that is all. “Our Lazy Susan for table top with a reinforced base, rotates 360° smoothly and stable.” Reinforced is a construction word. It does not say ball bearing, and it does not say non-slip. The material is described in one bullet as “acrylic” and in the same sentence as “high-quality plastic material”; clear, rinsable and light, at 2.3 pounds for all three.
What to weigh. It is sold by Delamu Official and ranks #1,456 overall and #6 in Lazy Susans. Model LM847 is not the same product as the LAMU 2-tier (LM850) or the 2-pack (862); see the side-by-side table below. Buy it to size a whole kitchen in one order, use the 12-inch disc in a base corner, the 10.6 in the pantry and the 9.25 in an upper cabinet or the fridge, and keep the 90-day window in mind while you find out which works.
Pros
- Three sizes: 9.25, 10.6 and 12 in
- Only formal warranty field, 90 day limited
- About 269 sq in combined by our arithmetic
- Clear plastic shows contents
- 2.3 lb for the set
- #6 in Lazy Susans
Cons
- Rim heights not stated
- No bearing type stated
- Base grip not stated
- No weight capacity stated
- 90 days is short
- Height field does not say which piece
Best for: A kitchen with cabinets of different sizes, or a buyer not yet sure which diameter fits.
6. LAMU 2 Tier Lazy Susan Turntable Organizer Spice Rack for Cabinet, 9.25 Inch — Best for Narrow Cabinets

Two decks on one 9.25-inch footprint, with ball bearings and a 1-inch edge stated.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 9.25 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 (two tiers) |
| Material | Plastic, metal connecting rods |
| Rim height | 1 in raised edge, stated |
| Non-skid base | Not stated |
| Bearing | High-quality ball bearings, stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Height | 7.7 in (bullet); 7.9 in (spec table) |
| Listed weight | 0.99 pounds |
| Model | LM850 |
| Best Sellers Rank | #1,093 overall; #3 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This is the narrow-cabinet answer: go up, not out. “This spice rack organizer fit for narrow cabinet because 2 tier design that doubles storage capacity without occupying additional horizontal space.” At 9.25 inches it is among the smallest discs on the page, small enough for most upper cabinets, and the second deck puts back what the small footprint takes away. If both tiers are the full 9.25 inches, which the listing implies but does not state, the pair gives about 134 square inches, by our arithmetic: more than a single 12-inch disc.
It answers five of our eight questions, joint best on the page. Diameter, count, material, rim and bearing. “LAMU lazy susan organizer for cabinet with high-quality ball bearings rotates smoothly 360°” is one of only three ball-bearing claims here. “The raised 1-inch edge prevents items from tipping over” is one of only two printed rim heights. And “our lazy susan turntable for cabinet uses metal rods to connect the two tiers” describes the part most likely to fail on a two-deck design.
Height is the number to measure for. The fourth bullet says 7.7 inches tall; the spec table says 7.9. Plan for 7.9 plus the height of whatever sits on the top tier, since that deck is open above. In a standard upper cabinet with an adjustable shelf, that usually means lifting the shelf above it a notch. The lower tier’s clearance, the gap between the two decks, is not stated, so tall bottles may not fit underneath.
It stacks into a third tier, if you buy two. “Customize your space by stacking these units into a 3-tier clear Lazy Susan organizer when you buy 2 Sets.” That is a useful option for a deep pantry shelf, and the listing is clear that it takes a second purchase. For a cabinet dedicated to spices, the spice rack roundup sets tiered and pull-out racks against turntables.
What to weigh. It is sold by Delamu Official and ranks #1,093 overall and #3 in Lazy Susans. No load and no warranty are stated, and the listing does not describe a grip underneath. It is a different product from the LAMU 2-pack, model 862, even though both share the 9.25-inch figure and the part-number field “LAMU”; this one is LM850. Cleaning is “clean it with water”, and no tools are needed to assemble it.
Pros
- Two tiers on a 9.25 in footprint
- Ball bearings stated
- 1-inch raised edge stated
- Metal rods between tiers
- Stacks to three tiers with a second set
- #3 in Lazy Susans
Cons
- 7.7 or 7.9 in tall: two figures
- Gap between tiers not stated
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty stated
- Base grip not stated
- Third tier needs a second purchase
Best for: A narrow upper cabinet of spices where height is easier to find than width.
7. LAMU 2 Pack Lazy Susan Organizer 9 Inch Turntable for Cabinet, Clear — Best Raised Edge

Its rim is the tallest printed on the page. “LAMU clear Lazy Susan pantry organizer features a specially designed 1.18″ raised edge to prevent items from falling during rotation.” The 2-tier states 1 inch. Nobody else gives a figure. On a disc spun blind at the back of a cupboard, rim height is the difference between a small jar that rides the edge and one that stays on, and 1.18 inches on a disc only 1.38 inches tall overall means almost all of the height is wall.
The title and the spec table disagree on size. The title says “9 inch”, and so does the size field: “9 inch 2 pack”. The spec table gives length and width of 9.25 inches. A quarter-inch rarely decides a cabinet, but if you are fitting two side by side on a 19-inch shelf, plan for 9.25, which is 18.5 inches for the pair, by our arithmetic. Two discs at 9.25 inches give about 134 square inches between them.
It claims smoothness without naming a bearing. “The sturdy lazy susan spice organization supports smooth rotation even when fully loaded, with no wobbling and minimal noise.” Fully loaded is not defined, and no bearing type appears anywhere in the listing. Its sister listing, the LM850 2-tier, does say ball bearings. Do not assume the two share a mechanism because they share a brand.
It is a different product from the other two LAMU listings. The model field reads 862. The 2-tier reads LM850 and the 3-pack LM847. This listing and the 2-tier both put “LAMU” in the part-number field, which is the brand, not a part. The 862 also differs from the 3-pack’s smallest disc in what it states: a 1.18-inch rim here, an unmeasured rim there. The material is “BPA-free and high-quality acrylic, ensuring safe food storage”, and the listing pitches it for the fridge, which suits a clear disc; it pairs well with see-through containers of the kind in our glass food storage containers guide.
What to weigh. It is sold by Delamu Official and ranks #2,892 overall and #10 in Lazy Susans. No load, no warranty and no base grip are stated, and the listing gives no weight. Clean it with “a warm soapy sponge”. Buy it for small jars and bottles in a narrow cabinet or a fridge shelf, where a tall rim does more work than a big diameter.
Pros
- Tallest stated rim on the page, 1.18 in
- Two discs in the pack
- BPA-free acrylic stated
- Clear walls show contents
- Small enough for most upper cabinets
- Low 1.38 in overall height
Cons
- Title 9 in, spec 9.25 in
- No bearing type stated
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty stated
- Base grip not stated
- No listed weight
Best for: Small jars and bottles in a narrow cabinet or on a fridge shelf, where the rim matters most.
8. AUAM 10 Inch Acacia Wood Lazy Susan Organizer Kitchen Turntable — Best Acacia

Number two in the category on solid acacia, with almost nothing else stated.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 10 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 |
| Material | Solid acacia wood, stated |
| Rim height | Not stated; overall height 0.5 in |
| Non-skid base | Not stated |
| Bearing | Not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated (“durable for a lifetime”) |
| Listed weight | 0.93 pounds |
| Width field | 0.0 in (field error) |
| Model | XS123 |
| Best Sellers Rank | #1,037 overall; #2 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
Solid acacia is the one clear answer. “Our lazy susan organizer is made of premium solid Acacia Wood, sturdy and durable for a lifetime.” It is one of two wooden turntables here, with the AMH’s oak, and the only acacia. The first bullet warns that “each of their patterns is different, our pictures for reference only”, which is what you would expect from a solid wood piece rather than a printed finish. No listing on the page is bamboo; if you wanted bamboo, none of the ten offers it.
“Durable for a lifetime” is not a warranty. It is a description of the wood. No warranty is stated anywhere in the listing. The same goes for the mechanism: “This lazy susan turntable provides you a 360° smooth rotation” is the whole description, with no bearing named. There is no load, no rim height and no mention of grip on either side.
The height says it is a board on a spinner, not a tray. The spec table gives 0.5 inches. That is the lowest overall height on the page, lower than the Eichzer’s 0.6, and too low for a meaningful rim. For a dining table, holding a few condiments or a cheese board, that is fine; acacia is a common board wood for good reason, as our cutting board guide sets out. For a cabinet spun blind, a flat disc gives a small jar nothing to stop against. The width field reads 0.0 inches, which is a data error; plan around 10 inches.
Care is the one instruction the listing is firm about. “Just simple hand wash or wipe gently with a damp cloth if you need, please don’t use it in the dishwasher or soak it in water.” That rules it out of the uses where turntables get wettest, under the sink and in the fridge, where condensation and drips are routine. Keep it on a dry shelf or the table.
What to weigh. It is sold by AUAMonline and ranks #1,037 overall and #2 in Lazy Susans, second only to the Copco. It lists 0.93 pounds, model XS123. It answers three of our eight questions. If you want wood on the table and do not need a rim, it is a popular choice; if you want wood with a stated bearing and a grip underneath, the AMH answers both.
Pros
- Solid acacia wood stated
- #2 in Lazy Susans, #1,037 overall
- Natural grain, no two alike
- Low 0.5 in profile for a table
- No assembly needed
- 10 in fits more shelves than 12 in
Cons
- No rim height; 0.5 in overall
- No bearing stated
- No grip stated on either side
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty; “lifetime” describes the wood
- Hand wash only; no soaking
Best for: A dining or coffee table where a wooden turntable for condiments matters more than a rim.
9. Lulltou 2 Pack Lazy Susan Organizer Turntable, Clear 9 Inch, Non-Skid — Best for the Fridge

Silicone pads underneath and drainage holes in the tray, sized at 9 inches for a fridge shelf.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | 9 in |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 2 |
| Material | Clear plastic |
| Rim height | Not stated |
| Non-skid base | Silicone pads, stated |
| Bearing | “High precision rotating bearing”; type not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Drainage | Drainage holes, stated |
| Listed weight | 0.99 pounds |
| Model | 360LZ29 (part 29LZ360) |
| Best Sellers Rank | #6,619 overall; #19 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This is the only turntable here built for wet shelves. “The silicone pads keep the round tray firmly in place while drainage holes prevent water buildup, making them ideal for humid areas like refrigerators, undersinks and bathrooms.” No other listing mentions drainage. In a fridge, where a bottle sweats or a jar drips, a solid tray holds a puddle; a drained one does not. The pads give it one of three stated grips underneath.
It says bearing but not ball bearing. “Adopting high precision rotating bearing that whirls smoothly.” That is more than most listings say, and less than the AMH, the Eichzer and the LAMU 2-tier, which name ball bearings. We log it as a bearing claim of unstated type. It also says “It can be easily rotated the trays with one hand”, which is a fair description of any working turntable.
The spec table has no dimensions at all. No length, width or height appears, only the 9-inch figure from the title and size field and a weight of 0.99 pounds for the pair. The rim is not described in words or numbers, though the photographs may show one. Two 9-inch discs give about 127 square inches between them, by our arithmetic, and side by side need 18 inches of shelf width, which suits most fridge shelves.
Its model and part numbers are mirror images. The model field reads 360LZ29 and the part number 29LZ360. Both are the same product; the fields have simply been filled in different orders. It is not related to any LAMU listing, despite the similar clear 9-inch format. The material is “high-quality clear plastic” that the listing says will “not change color after long-term use”. For under-sink use, the under-sink organizer guide is worth a look for bulkier bottles.
What to weigh. It is sold by careyus and ranks #6,619 overall and #19 in Lazy Susans. No load, no warranty and no rim height are stated. For a fridge, a bathroom cupboard or under a sink, the drainage and the pads are the two features that matter most, and this is the only listing that states both.
Pros
- Drainage holes, the only listing with them
- Silicone pads underneath
- Two 9 in discs per pack
- Bearing claimed
- Clear plastic shows contents
- Light, 0.99 lb for the pair
Cons
- Bearing type not stated
- Rim height not stated
- No dimensions in the spec table
- No weight capacity stated
- No warranty stated
- #19 in Lazy Susans
Best for: A fridge shelf, bathroom cupboard or under-sink cabinet where water collects.
10. The Lazy Susan Revolution, Expandable Turntable for Rectangular and Oblong Tables, White — Best for Dining Tables

Not a cabinet turntable at all: a long, expandable server for rectangular tables, with no size given.
Key Specifications
| Diameter | Not stated; long table format |
|---|---|
| Count per pack | 1 (full set) |
| Material | Not stated |
| Rim height | Not stated |
| Non-skid base | Not stated; non-slip silicone tray surface |
| Bearing | Not stated |
| Weight capacity | Not stated |
| Warranty | Not stated |
| Expansion | Extra trays available separately |
| Assembly | 2 minutes, no tools, stated |
| Model | 1000-WHITE |
| Best Sellers Rank | #7,363 overall; #23 in Lazy Susans |
Why We Recommend It
This is the one product on the page that is not round and not for a cabinet. “The First Patented Lazy Susan Turntable Expandable for Rectangular & Oblong Tables.” A round turntable on a long table only reaches the people near the middle. This one is built to run along the table, and the listing lists five patents to prove the idea is its own: “Patent # 8,668,070, Patent # 9,090,402, Patent # 9,119.492, Patent # 9,655,465, Patent # 10,334,974”.
It gives no size at all. No diameter, no length, no width and no height appear in the title, bullets or spec table. The size field reads “full set”. The listing calls it “extra-large” twice. For a product whose whole point is fitting a particular table, that is a significant gap, and the one thing to ask the seller before ordering: how long is the full set, and how long does each extra tray make it.
Expansion costs extra. “Extra trays, which are available separately, can be added. The lazy susan extension allows you to extend your Lazy Susan Revolution to any table size.” So “any table size” depends on buying more trays. The box is designed for storage after meals, which the listing points out: “we’ve designed our box specifically for storing your lazy susan turntable quickly and easily.”
Two claims set it apart from the cabinet discs. “The heat-resistant tray on the lazy susan turntable can handle high temperatures & make moving from oven to table a breeze.” No temperature is given, so treat it as heat-resistant for warm serving dishes rather than a trivet for a pan straight off the hob. And “The non-slip silicone surface of the trays keeps things in place”: grip on top, with nothing said about the underside or the mechanism.
What to weigh. It is sold by The Lazy Susan Revolution and ranks #7,363 overall and #23 in Lazy Susans. No material, bearing, load or warranty is stated. Assembly is “2 MINUTE” with no tools. It answers one of our eight questions, the count, but it is the only answer on the page to a different question: how to share dishes down a long rectangular table.
Pros
- Built for rectangular and oblong tables
- Expandable with extra trays
- Heat-resistant tray claimed
- Non-slip silicone surface
- 2-minute, tool-free assembly
- Storage box designed for it
Cons
- No dimensions of any kind
- Extra trays sold separately
- No heat figure for “heat-resistant”
- Material not stated
- Bearing, load and warranty not stated
- Not for cabinets
Best for: Family meals around a long rectangular or oval table, not cabinet storage.
Eight Questions, Ten Listings
Here is the whole page against the eight questions. A tick means the listing gives an answer in its title, bullets or spec table; a dash means it does not. The count in the last column is ours, and it measures disclosure, not quality. A listing can answer every question and still be the wrong turntable for your cabinet.
| Lazy susan | Diameter | Count | Material | Rim height | Base grip | Ball bearing | Load | Warranty | Answered (ours) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AMH Oak | 12 in | 1 | Oak | – | Pads | Steel | – | – | 5 of 8 |
| Eichzer | 12 in | 1 | – | – | – | 12 steel | 70 lb | One year | 5 of 8 |
| LAMU 2-Tier (LM850) | 9.25 in | 1 | Plastic | 1 in | – | Yes | – | – | 5 of 8 |
| LANDNEOO 4-Pack | 10 in | 4 | Plastic, silicone | – | Feet | – | – | – | 4 of 8 |
| LAMU 3-Pack (LM847) | 9.25 / 10.6 / 12 in | 3 | Plastic | – | – | – | – | 90 days | 4 of 8 |
| LAMU 2-Pack (862) | 9 / 9.25 in | 2 | Acrylic | 1.18 in | – | – | – | – | 4 of 8 |
| Lulltou 2-Pack | 9 in | 2 | Plastic | – | Pads | Unnamed type | – | – | 4 of 8 |
| AUAM Acacia | 10 in | 1 | Acacia | – | – | – | – | – | 3 of 8 |
| Copco | 12 in | 1 | – | – | – | – | – | – | 2 of 8 |
| Lazy Susan Revolution | – | 1 | – | – | – | – | – | – | 1 of 8 |
The columns empty from left to right. Count is answered ten times and diameter nine. Material is answered seven times. Then the numbers fall: base grip three, ball bearings three (the Lulltou names a bearing but not its type, so it does not count here), rim height two, warranty two, load one. The questions a cupboard full of heavy jars raises, what turns it, how much it carries and who stands behind it, are the ones the listings answer least.
Popularity runs the other way. The Copco, #1 in Lazy Susans, answers two. The AUAM, #2, answers three. The Eichzer, the only listing with a load, a counted bearing and a one-year guarantee, is #28 and last on the page. Shoppers are buying the brand, the look and the size, and the listings that print the most do not, on this evidence, sell the most.
Grip on top is not grip underneath. Four listings describe a grippy surface: the Copco’s liner, the LANDNEOO’s silicone, the Eichzer’s diamond pattern and the Revolution’s silicone trays. Three describe grip on the base: the AMH’s pads, the LANDNEOO’s feet and the Lulltou’s pads. Only the LANDNEOO states both. On a smooth laminate shelf, the base matters at least as much as the top, because the unit is what moves when you pull on a jar.

Diameter Against the Cabinet
Every buying decision on this page starts with one measurement: the inside of the cabinet. A turntable has to pass through the door opening, sit on the shelf with the door closed, and spin without its contents catching the face frame or the hinges. Diameter is the number that decides all three, and the discs here come in five sizes plus one that gives none.
| Diameter | Surface per disc (ours) | Listings | Where it usually fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 in | About 113 sq in | AMH, Eichzer, Copco, LAMU 3-pack (largest) | Base cabinets, corner base cabinets, pantry floors, counters and tables |
| 10.6 in | About 88 sq in | LAMU 3-pack (middle) | Deeper upper cabinets, pantry shelves |
| 10 in | About 79 sq in (65 usable, LANDNEOO) | LANDNEOO, AUAM | Pantry shelves, deeper upper cabinets, fridge |
| 9.25 in | About 67 sq in | LAMU 2-tier, LAMU 2-pack (spec), LAMU 3-pack (smallest) | Most upper cabinets, fridge shelves |
| 9 in | About 64 sq in | Lulltou, LAMU 2-pack (title) | Most upper cabinets, fridge shelves, narrow cupboards |
| Not stated | – | Lazy Susan Revolution | Dining tables only |
Upper cabinets are the tight case. Wall cabinets are commonly built about 12 inches deep overall. Inside, after the back panel and the door, the usable depth is less, and the face frame narrows the opening further. That means a 12-inch disc is a gamble in many upper cabinets and a 9 or 9.25-inch disc is the safe size. The LAMU 2-tier is designed around this: it gives up width and goes upward instead.
Corner base cabinets are the opposite problem. They are deep, often around 24 inches overall, and the back corner is hard to reach. A single 12-inch disc in a corner base cabinet brings the front half of the shelf within reach and leaves the back corner as dead as before. Two options use the space better. One is two discs, a 12-inch at the back and a 9 or 10-inch at the front, which the LAMU 3-pack supplies in one box. The other is to accept that a freestanding turntable is a partial answer, and that a built-in corner carousel is a cabinet fitting rather than an organizer.
Multi-packs change the comparison. By our arithmetic, the LANDNEOO’s four 10-inch discs total about 314 square inches outside and about 260 usable; the LAMU 3-pack about 269; two 9.25-inch discs about 134; two 9-inch discs about 127; and a single 12-inch disc 113. The single big disc is the right answer for one deep shelf. The packs are the right answer for a kitchen.
Measure the height too. The flat discs run from 0.5 inches (AUAM) to 2.56 inches (the LAMU 3-pack’s height field). The LAMU 2-tier is 7.7 or 7.9 inches tall depending on which field you read. Add the tallest bottle you plan to stand on it.
Plastic, Acacia, Oak, and No Bamboo
Seven of ten listings name a material, and they split into two groups with different jobs.
- Plastic, five listings: all three LAMU, the LANDNEOO and the Lulltou. The LAMU 3-pack and 2-pack call theirs acrylic; the 2-pack and the LANDNEOO say BPA-free. Clear plastic shows what is on the shelf below and survives a rinse, which is why these are the ones pitched for fridges and bathrooms.
- Wood, two listings: the AMH in solid oak with a walnut finish and FSC certified wood, and the AUAM in solid acacia. Both are pitched for tables as well as cabinets. The AUAM says plainly not to soak it or put it in a dishwasher.
- Bamboo, none. Bamboo is a common lazy susan material, but none of the ten listings captured here is bamboo.
- Not stated, three listings: the Copco, the Eichzer (“durable, heavy-duty materials”) and the Lazy Susan Revolution. The Copco is the category bestseller and the Eichzer the only one with a load rating, and neither tells you what it is made of.
Material decides where it can live. Plastic goes under the sink and in the fridge. Wood stays dry, on the counter, the table or a pantry shelf away from the kettle. A turntable for a wet cupboard and one for the dining table are not the same purchase, even at the same diameter.
Three LAMU Listings, Three Model Numbers
Three of the ten are sold by Delamu Official under the LAMU brand, and two of them put the word “LAMU” in the part-number field. It would be easy to assume two of them are the same turntable in different packs. The model numbers say they are not, and the stated details back that up.
| Field | LAMU 2-Tier | LAMU 3-Pack | LAMU 2-Pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Model | LM850 | LM847 | 862 |
| Part number | LAMU | LM847001 | LAMU |
| Diameter | 9.25 in | 9.25, 10.6 and 12 in | 9 in (title); 9.25 in (spec) |
| Count | 1 (two tiers) | 3 | 2 |
| Rim height | 1 in | Not stated | 1.18 in |
| Bearing | Ball bearings | Not stated (“reinforced base”) | Not stated |
| Height | 7.7 or 7.9 in | 2.56 in | 1.38 in |
| Warranty | Not stated | 90 day limited | Not stated |
| Rank in Lazy Susans | #3 | #6 | #10 |
No pair here shares a model number. The 2-tier and the 2-pack share the 9.25-inch figure and the placeholder part number, but one has two decks, ball bearings and a 1-inch edge, and the other is a pair of flat discs with a 1.18-inch edge and no bearing stated. The 3-pack’s smallest disc is also 9.25 inches, but it states no rim height and has the only warranty of the three. If you want the stated ball bearing, buy the LM850; if you want the stated warranty, the LM847; if you want the tallest stated rim, the 862.

Best Alternatives
| Alternative | Why Consider It | Better For | Main Trade-Off |
|---|---|---|---|
| LAMU 3-Pack (LM847) | Three sizes and the only formal warranty field | Sizing a whole kitchen in one order | Rim heights and bearing not stated |
| LAMU 2-Tier (LM850) | Ball bearings, 1-inch edge, two decks on 9.25 in | Narrow upper cabinets of spices | Needs 7.7 to 7.9 in of headroom |
| Lulltou 2-Pack | Drainage holes and silicone pads | Fridges, bathrooms, under the sink | No dimensions in the spec table |
| Copco 12-Inch | #1 in Lazy Susans, sold by Amazon.com | Light jars where a familiar brand matters | Answers two of eight questions |
What the Step Up Buys
There is no price on this page, but there is a clear ladder of what each kind of lazy susan adds.
- A flat disc with smooth rotation claimed — the AUAM and the Copco. You get a size and a surface. Bearing, load and rim height are left to the photographs.
- Grip and a stated rim — the LAMU 2-pack’s 1.18-inch edge, the LANDNEOO’s grip on both sides. These are the features that keep jars on the disc and the disc on the shelf.
- More discs or more decks — the LANDNEOO 4-pack, the LAMU 3-pack, the LAMU 2-tier. The step up here is area, by count or by height, not quality of any one disc.
- A named ball bearing — the AMH, the Eichzer and the LAMU 2-tier. A ball bearing spreads the load and turns with less effort when the disc is full.
- Solid wood and mass — the AMH, at 2.54 pounds with pads underneath, is the heaviest and most table-worthy turntable here.
- A stated load and a guarantee — only the Eichzer, at 70 pounds on 12 steel balls with a one-year guarantee. This is the top rung for anyone loading heavy items, and the only listing that reaches it.
What to Check Before You Buy
Measure the Inside of the Cabinet, Not the Outside
Measure the inside depth from the back panel to the inside of the closed door, and the width of the door opening at its narrowest point, usually between the face-frame stiles. The turntable has to pass through the opening and spin inside the depth. Allow a little clearance so jars at the edge do not catch the door. If the inside depth is under 12 inches, rule out the 12-inch discs, the Copco, the AMH, the Eichzer and the largest LAMU, and look at the 9 to 10-inch listings.
Decide Between One Big Disc and Several Small Ones
A single 12-inch disc gives about 113 square inches, by our arithmetic. Two 9-inch discs give about 127 and need a shelf 18 inches wide. Four 10-inch discs give about 314. On a deep, narrow shelf, one big disc is best; on a wide, shallow shelf, two small discs side by side reach more. Count your cabinets before you choose a pack size: the LANDNEOO and LAMU 3-pack are kitchen-sized purchases.
Look for a Rim Height in Numbers
Only two listings print one: 1 inch on the LAMU 2-tier and 1.18 inches on the LAMU 2-pack. The Copco and the LAMU 3-pack describe raised edges without a figure. The AUAM and the Eichzer are 0.5 and 0.6 inches tall overall, so they have little or no rim at all. For small spice jars in a cabinet, a rim of about an inch is what stops a jar riding over the edge when you spin it. For a table, a flat disc is often easier to serve from.
Check Which Side the Grip Is On
A non-slip surface keeps items from sliding on the disc. A non-slip base keeps the whole turntable from sliding on the shelf. Read each listing for the word bottom, base, feet or pads. The AMH, the LANDNEOO and the Lulltou describe grip underneath. The Copco’s nonskid liner and the Eichzer’s diamond pattern are on top. If you are putting a turntable on a smooth melamine shelf, the base grip is the one to look for.
Find the Words Ball Bearing
Three listings use them: the AMH (steel ball bearings), the Eichzer (dual rings of 12 steel ball bearings) and the LAMU 2-tier (high-quality ball bearings). The Lulltou says bearing without a type. The rest say smooth or 360-degree rotation and nothing else. A turntable that will carry heavy bottles or tins benefits most from a named bearing, because the load near the edge is what makes a cheap spindle bind.
Ask How Much It Will Carry
Only the Eichzer states a capacity, 70 pounds. The LANDNEOO says its disc fits 8 cans, which tells you about area, not weight. If you plan to load a turntable with canned goods, oil bottles or cleaning products, ask the seller for a weight figure, or choose the one listing that gives it. A full row of glass jars adds up faster than it looks.
Read the Warranty Field, Not the Adjectives
The LAMU 3-pack lists a 90-day limited warranty in its spec table, and the Eichzer offers a one-year quality guarantee in a bullet. “Durable for a lifetime”, on the AUAM, describes the wood and is not a warranty. The other seven say nothing. For a plastic turntable, a short warranty matters less than a clear returns path; the Copco is sold by Amazon.com, which is the simplest of all if a disc arrives cracked.

Common Mistakes
- Buying a 12-inch disc for an upper cabinet without measuring. Wall cabinets are commonly about 12 inches deep overall and less inside; four of the ten offer a 12-inch disc.
- Reading a grippy top as a grippy base. Four listings describe grip on top, three on the base, and only the LANDNEOO states both.
- Assuming every turntable has a rim. The AUAM is 0.5 inches tall and the Eichzer 0.6; only two listings print a rim height.
- Treating “smooth rotation” as a bearing. Three of ten name ball bearings; six describe rotation and name nothing.
- Loading heavy cans without a capacity. One listing in ten states a load, 70 lb; the others leave you to guess.
- Thinking two LAMU listings are the same product. Models LM850, LM847 and 862 differ in rim, bearing, height and warranty.
- Putting acacia under the sink. The AUAM says not to soak it or put it in a dishwasher; the Lulltou is the one with drainage holes.
- Ordering the Revolution for a cabinet. It is a long, expandable table server with no stated size, and extra trays are sold separately.
Who Should Buy Which
Buy the AMH 12-Inch Farmhouse Oak if you want wood with the mechanism and base stated. Solid oak, steel ball bearings and anti-slip pads, the heaviest listing at 2.54 lb, #4 in Lazy Susans. It suits a base cabinet, a pantry floor or a table. Accept that no rim height, load or warranty is given.
Buy the Eichzer 12-Inch if weight is the question. It is the only listing with a stated capacity, 70 lb, on dual rings of 12 steel ball bearings, with a one-year guarantee. Use it for a mixer, a heavy pot or a large plant. It is flat at 0.6 inches, with no rim described.
Buy the LANDNEOO 4-Pack if you are sorting several cupboards. Four 10-inch discs, a stated 9.1-inch usable area and grip on both top and base. Plan around the 10-inch bullets, not the spec table.
Buy the Copco 12-Inch if you want the category bestseller from Amazon.com. #1 in Lazy Susans with a nonskid liner and a raised rim described. Its listing states no material, bearing, load or warranty.
Buy the LAMU 3-Pack if you do not yet know which size fits. Discs at 9.25, 10.6 and 12 inches, and the only formal warranty field on the page, 90 days limited.
Buy the LAMU 2-Tier if your cabinet is narrow but tall. Two decks on 9.25 inches, ball bearings, a 1-inch edge and metal rods. Leave 7.9 inches of headroom.
Buy the LAMU 9-Inch 2-Pack if a tall rim matters most. At 1.18 inches it is the tallest printed on the page, on a disc small enough for most upper cabinets and fridge shelves.
Buy the AUAM 10-Inch Acacia if you want wood on the table. #2 in Lazy Susans, solid acacia, 0.5 inches tall. Keep it dry; it is hand wash only.
Buy the Lulltou 2-Pack for the fridge or under the sink. It is the only listing with drainage holes, and it has silicone pads underneath.
Buy The Lazy Susan Revolution for a long dining table. It is the one rectangular-table server here. Ask for its length first, because the listing gives none.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size lazy susan do I need for a cabinet?
Measure the inside depth of the cabinet from the back panel to the inside of the closed door, and the narrowest width of the door opening. The turntable has to pass through that opening and spin inside that depth with a little clearance. Upper wall cabinets are commonly about 12 inches deep overall and less inside, so 9 to 10-inch discs are the safer choice there; on this page that means the LAMU 2-tier and 2-pack, the Lulltou, the LANDNEOO and the AUAM. Base cabinets are much deeper and take a 12-inch disc easily, which opens up the AMH, the Eichzer, the Copco and the largest LAMU 3-pack disc. If you are unsure, the LAMU 3-pack supplies 9.25, 10.6 and 12-inch discs in one box, so you can try each size in the cabinets you have before deciding what else to buy.
What is the best lazy susan for a corner cabinet?
A corner base cabinet is deep, and a freestanding turntable only solves part of it. A 12-inch disc, the largest single size on this page, brings the front of a deep shelf within reach but leaves the far corner as hard to reach as before. Two discs work better: a 12-inch at the back and a 9 or 10-inch at the front, which is exactly what the LAMU 3-pack provides. If heavy items live in that corner, the Eichzer is the only listing with a stated load, 70 pounds, and the AMH adds steel ball bearings and anti-slip pads on a solid oak base. Measure the door opening first, because corner cabinet doors are often narrower than the space behind them, and the turntable has to fit through the opening before it can sit on the shelf.
Are ball bearing lazy susans better?
A ball bearing spreads the load across a ring of steel balls, so the disc turns with less effort and is less likely to tilt or bind when weight sits near the edge. That matters most when a turntable is full of heavy jars or tins. On this page three listings name ball bearings: the AMH says steel ball bearings, the Eichzer says dual internal rings of 12 robust steel ball bearings, and the LAMU 2-tier says high-quality ball bearings. The Lulltou says it has a high precision rotating bearing but does not name the type. The other six describe smooth or 360-degree rotation without naming any mechanism at all. A listing that does not mention ball bearings may still use them, but it has not told you, and you are relying on the photographs or on asking the seller.
How much weight can a lazy susan hold?
Only one of the ten listings here gives a number. The Eichzer states a weight capacity of up to 70 lbs, supported by two internal rings of steel ball bearings. None of the other nine gives a weight figure in pounds or kilograms. The LANDNEOO says its 10-inch disc is large enough for 8 cans of soda, which describes how much fits rather than how much it will carry. If you plan to load a turntable with canned goods, oil, glass jars or cleaning bottles, those add up quickly, so ask the seller for a capacity or choose the one listing that states it. As a practical check, a turntable that wobbles, tilts or spins stiffly under a load is telling you it is near its limit, whatever the listing says.
Is a wood or plastic lazy susan better?
It depends on where it will live. Plastic is the better choice for wet places, the fridge, a bathroom or under the sink, because it can be rinsed and dried; five listings here are plastic or acrylic, and the Lulltou adds drainage holes. Wood is the better choice for a table or a dry counter, where it looks better and its mass helps it sit still. The AMH is solid oak with FSC certified wood, steel ball bearings and anti-slip pads, and at 2.54 pounds is the heaviest listing here. The AUAM is solid acacia and tells you not to soak it or put it in a dishwasher. No bamboo lazy susan made this list of ten. Three listings, including the bestselling Copco, do not name a material at all, so check the photographs or ask.
Do I need a raised rim on a lazy susan?
For a cabinet, usually yes. When you spin a turntable at the back of a cupboard you are often not looking, and a rim is what stops a small jar riding over the edge. Only two listings here print a rim height: the LAMU 2-tier at 1 inch and the LAMU 2-pack at 1.18 inches. The Copco and the LAMU 3-pack describe raised edges without giving a figure. The AUAM is 0.5 inches tall overall and the Eichzer 0.6 inches, so neither has much of a rim at all. For a dining table, where you are spinning to reach a dish and can see it, a flat disc is fine and often easier to serve from. For a pantry of small bottles, look for the rim figure in the listing before you buy.
Why does the bestselling lazy susan list so few specs?
The Copco 12-inch ranks #1 in Lazy Susans and #697 overall, far ahead of the rest of this page, and its listing gives only a size and a count among our eight questions. It describes a nonskid liner on top and a raised rim, but no material, rim height, bearing, load or warranty. The likely reason is that it does not need to: it is a long-established brand from Lifetime Brands, sold by Amazon.com, and buyers recognise the name. That does not mean it is a poor turntable. It means the listing leaves you to judge it from the photographs and the brand. If you want to compare on stated specifications, the AMH, the Eichzer and the LAMU 2-tier each answer five of the eight questions, more than twice as many as the bestseller.
Are the LAMU lazy susans the same product sold in different packs?
No. The three LAMU listings on this page carry three different model numbers: LM850 for the 2-tier, LM847 for the 3-pack and 862 for the 9-inch 2-pack. Two of them, the 2-tier and the 2-pack, put the word LAMU in the part-number field, which is the brand name rather than a part, and that can make them look related. The stated details differ. The 2-tier has two decks joined by metal rods, ball bearings and a 1-inch edge. The 2-pack is a pair of flat discs with a 1.18-inch edge and no bearing named. The 3-pack has three sizes, no stated rim height and the only 90-day limited warranty of the three. If one feature matters most to you, choose the model that states it.
Final Verdict
Solid oak, steel ball bearings and anti-slip pads, the heaviest listing at 2.54 lb, and #4 in Lazy Susans.
The only stated capacity, 70 lb, on dual rings of 12 steel ball bearings, with a one-year guarantee.
Four discs, a stated 9.1-inch usable area, and grip on both the surface and the base.
A lazy susan raises eight simple questions, and no listing on this page answers more than five. Every one gives a count and nine give a diameter. After that, seven name a material, three describe a grip underneath, three name ball bearings, two print a rim height, two offer a warranty, and one, the Eichzer, states a load: 70 pounds.
The listings that say the most are not the ones selling the most. The Copco is #1 in Lazy Susans and answers two of the eight. The AUAM is #2 and answers three. The Eichzer, with the only load, the only counted bearing and the longest guarantee, ranks last of the ten. Brand and looks are carrying the chart.
So start with the cabinet, then make the listing answer. Measure the inside depth and the door opening, and pick a diameter that fits: 9 to 10 inches for most upper cabinets, 12 for base and corner cabinets. Then look for a printed rim height, grip on the base, the words ball bearing, and a load if you are storing anything heavy. Where the listing is silent, ask, or choose one that is not.
If you buy one lazy susan from this page, make it the AMH 12-Inch Farmhouse Oak: solid oak, steel ball bearings and anti-slip pads underneath, five of eight questions answered, and the heaviest base here at 2.54 pounds. If you need a stated load, the Eichzer is the only one that gives it; if you are sorting a whole kitchen, the LANDNEOO puts four gripping discs in one box.
