A chamber vacuum sealer exists for one job that an ordinary sealer cannot do. An edge sealer, the kind in our main vacuum sealer roundup, sucks air out of the bag through its open mouth, so anything wet in the bag travels towards the pump. A chamber sealer puts the whole bag inside a box and pulls the air out of the box. The pressure inside the bag and outside it fall together, so soup stays in the bag. That is why people buy one, and it is why every one of these ten is sold, in some form, on liquids.
Sealing soup safely asks three questions of a machine. How deep is the chamber, because a bag of liquid has to lie flat with its contents below the seal bar? How hard does the pump pull, because the deeper the vacuum, the cooler the temperature at which water starts to boil? And what kind of pump is it, because a dry piston pump and an oil pump are different machines to own? Those are the three numbers a buyer of the best vacuum sealer for liquids needs before anything else.
Read the ten listings side by side and two answer all three. The Beelicious Pro CVS101 gives its chamber in millimetres, 300 × 260 × 80, says “up to -100kPa” and describes “four oil-free dry pumps”. The VEVOR YJ-300TV1 gives a 12.87 × 12.20 × 3.15 inch chamber, “a vacuum degree of over -95 kPa” and “No oil changes needed”. Nobody else gets past two.
The rest leave gaps in different places. Six listings give a chamber depth; five give a vacuum figure; one says, in words, that its pumps are dry. The premium Wevac CV12 Pro has the deepest chamber on the page, 3.8 inches, and gives no vacuum figure at all. The Mesliese CVS101S gives depth and vacuum and says nothing about its pump. The Avid Armor USV32 gives neither a chamber size nor a vacuum. The FLYQRIAT gives a 10.2 inch seal bar and almost nothing else.
Two of the ten never mention liquids. The VEVOR 12.6-inch and the VEVOR 10.2-inch share the same five bullets nearly word for word, and those bullets talk about steaks, bread, coffee and chips. Soup, sauce, marinade and liquid do not appear. They are chamber machines, and a chamber machine handles liquids by design, but neither listing commits to it. The 12.6-inch VEVOR also holds the best Best Sellers Rank on the page.
Then there is the heat. Liquids boil when the pressure around them falls far enough, and a chamber sealer is built to make it fall. By our arithmetic, at the “-100KPa” that four listings claim, water at sea level would boil at roughly 11°C, about 52°F. At -95 kPa it would boil at roughly 37°C, about 99°F. No listing here states a maximum temperature for liquids. The general rule holds for all ten: chill soups and stocks first, and never seal a liquid hotter than the manual for your machine allows.
So this guide sorts the ten by how many of those three questions each listing answers, and then sets out the rest of what a chamber buyer needs: seal bar length, bag types, marinade and jar modes, lid material, cycle time and weight. Several of these ten are visibly related; we flag the pairs as we go. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for this roundup; popularity below is Amazon’s Best Sellers Rank only.
All ten were captured on 5 October 2026. Their overall Best Sellers Ranks run from #14,819 to #204,692, and all ten sit in Amazon’s Vacuum Sealers category, from #57 to #580.

Best Sellers Ranks and specifications are taken from each manufacturer’s Amazon listing as displayed on 5 October 2026 through a United States connection, and may change. Depths are inside-chamber heights as stated. The Beelicious gives its chamber in millimetres (300 × 260 × 80 mm); 80 mm is about 3.15 inches, our conversion. Pump descriptions are quoted in the listing’s own words: only the Beelicious says “dry pumps”, and the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 and Avid USV32 describe the absence of maintenance rather than naming a pump type. Where a listing gives only a pump wattage, it is shown in brackets. Vacuum figures are gauge readings below atmospheric pressure as each listing prints them. The QAUSOU’s title gives 320mm/12.6 inches of seal; its first bullet gives an effective sealing length of 12.2 inches (31 cm). Ranks are overall Best Sellers Ranks as returned on 5 October 2026; all ten are also ranked in Vacuum Sealers. Two were sold by Amazon.com at capture, and the VEVOR 12.6-inch and the Mesliese were flagged as scarce stock. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for any product here.

How We Chose These Ten
We researched current listings, compared manufacturer specifications and documentation, and read each listing’s claims about its chamber, pump, vacuum and seal bar line by line. We did not carry out hands-on testing, and nothing below is presented as measured performance data. Star ratings and review counts were not captured for this roundup. We used Amazon Best Sellers Rank, buy-box stock and listing specifications instead, and nothing on this page describes or implies how owners have scored these machines.
- Chamber machines only — every product here seals the bag inside an evacuated chamber. The Beelicious also has an external sealing area for bags too big for its chamber, and it stays because its main mode is a chamber. Edge or suction sealers, handheld pumps and jar-only sealers were not in the running; our handheld vacuum sealer roundup and mason jar vacuum sealer roundup cover those.
- New units only — every buy box here was a new machine at capture.
- The three liquid questions first — for each listing we recorded the inside chamber depth, the stated vacuum in kPa or inHg, and the pump type, exactly as printed. A wattage is recorded as a wattage, and words such as “commercial-grade” or “maintenance-free” are quoted, not translated into a pump type.
- Then the rest of the chamber spec sheet — seal bar length and seal width, chamber volume and dimensions, cycle time, marinade and jar modes, lid material, the bags each listing says it accepts, and listed weight. A spec a listing does not give is marked Not stated.
- Arithmetic labelled as ours — chamber volumes worked from stated dimensions, unit conversions (mm to inches, kPa to inHg, m³/h to L/min) and the boiling points of water at each stated vacuum are our arithmetic. Boiling points use standard steam-table values at sea-level air pressure, 101.3 kPa, and are approximate.
- Conflicts reported, look-alikes flagged — where two fields on one listing disagree, we give both. Where two listings share copy, dimensions or a wattage-and-bar pairing, we say so, without claiming either is made by the other.
- Popularity from Best Sellers Rank only — ranks are quoted as returned on 5 October 2026. All ten are ranked in Vacuum Sealers, so the category ranks are directly comparable.
- Verified stock and seller — each product was the buy-box offer and in stock on amazon.com on 5 October 2026. The VEVOR 12.6-inch and the Mesliese were flagged as scarce stock.

The Ten Chamber Vacuum Sealers in Detail
1. Beelicious Pro DualCore CVS101 6L Chamber Vacuum Sealer for Wet Foods — Best Overall

| Best Sellers Rank | #39,448 overall; #131 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This is the clearest answer on the page to the soup question. The first bullet gives the chamber twice over: “approx. 6 L / 300 × 260 × 80 mm”. The dimensions check out against the volume, about 6.24 litres by our arithmetic, which is more than most listings here manage. The third bullet gives the vacuum, “up to -100kPa”. The second gives the pump: “the optimized 230W dual-core system and four oil-free dry pumps”, followed by “No oil changes, no messy maintenance”. Depth, vacuum and pump type, in plain numbers and plain words. Only one other listing on the page does the same.
The 80 mm depth is mid-table, and adequate for most soups. That is about 3.15 inches, our conversion, the same as the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 and a little short of the Wevac’s 3.8 inches. A chamber bag of liquid lies flat on the floor with its open neck draped across the seal bar, so the depth sets how thick a filled bag can be before the liquid sits higher than the bar. Portion soup into flatter bags and 80 mm is plenty; try to seal a deep litre of stock in one pouch and it may not be.
It is the only machine here that is two machines. “For bags that can’t fit in the chamber, the independent lower work area handles out-of-chamber sealing with compatible rolls.” That is an edge sealer built into the front. It means the Beelicious accepts both bag families: “smooth chamber bags and textured or embossed rolls”. Smooth chamber bags are generally the cheaper kind, because the chamber does the work and the bag needs no channels; textured rolls are what edge sealers need. The box includes ten of each and a roll, so you can try both. Our vacuum sealer bags guide explains the difference in detail.
The liquid claims are specific. “No-mess liquid sealing for sauces, soups, and brines”, with a “professional Vacuum Marinate mode” that the listing says drives flavour “up to 5× faster” than marinating without vacuum. It adds that liquids are kept “under control and out of the pump”. Mason jars can go inside the chamber or on the external port. The removable 12 inch dual-seal bar matches the Wevac’s, beats the Mesliese’s 11.3 inches, and is beaten only by the two 12.6 inch claims.
The gaps are small but real. The lid material is not stated; the listing mentions a “soft-close damping hinge” but never says glass or acrylic. No cycle time is given beyond “fast vacuum cycles” and a countdown display. And as with every listing here, no maximum liquid temperature is stated. At -100kPa, by our arithmetic, water at sea level would boil at around 11°C, so chilled liquids only.
What to weigh. It ranks #39,448 overall and #131 in Vacuum Sealers, mid-table, and it is sold by a third-party store, Easi Life Store, rather than by Amazon.com. The listing mentions an app for food logging and says the warranty “can be extended up to 15 months”. At 25.7 pounds it is one of the lighter full-size chambers here. Its closest relative here is the Mesliese CVS101S, with a model code one letter away, which shares the 6 litre format but does not describe its pump. If you want one machine that answers every liquid question and takes any bag, this is it.
Pros
- Depth, vacuum and pump type all stated
- Only listing to say “dry pumps”; no oil changes
- Accepts smooth chamber bags and textured rolls
- Built-in out-of-chamber sealing for oversize bags
- Vacuum Marinate mode and external port
- Removable 12 in dual-seal bar; bag kit included
Cons
- Lid material not stated
- No cycle time figure
- No maximum liquid temperature stated
- 80 mm depth trails the Wevac and Mesliese
- Sold by a third-party store
- App features add little to sealing
Best for: A buyer who wants every liquid question answered and the freedom to use cheap smooth bags or textured rolls.
2. VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer YJ-300TV1, 380W Pump Power — Best Value

The second full answer, with the only stated pumping speed in litres and a full-glass lid, sold by Amazon.com.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | 12.87 × 12.20 × 3.15 in, 304 stainless steel |
|---|---|
| Chamber volume | Not stated |
| Vacuum | Over -95 kPa |
| Pump | 380W (title); 360W (size field); 90 L/min; no oil changes needed |
| Seal bar | 11.5 in (part number field); aluminium seal |
| Modes | Marinating, single seal, jar vacuuming |
| Cycle time | Adjustable vacuum and seal time; no figures stated |
| Lid | Full glass |
| Bags accepted | “no matter what type of bag” |
| Listed weight | 52.69 pounds |
| Seller | Amazon.com |
| Best Sellers Rank | #29,275 overall; #98 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This listing answers all three questions, in a different dialect. The chamber is “12.87 x 12.20 x 3.15 in”, so the depth is 3.15 inches. The vacuum is “a vacuum degree of over -95 kPa”. And the pump: “No oil changes needed”. That last phrase does not say “dry piston”, but a pump that never needs oil changed is not an oil pump in any sense that matters to the owner. With the Beelicious, this is one of only two listings on the page that cover all three.
It is also the only listing to give a pumping speed in litres. “It sucks out air at 90 L/min.” That is 5.4 cubic metres an hour, by our conversion, against the QAUSOU’s stated 6 m³/h. The chamber works out at about 8.1 litres, our arithmetic from the stated dimensions, so at the stated rate the pump moves a chamber’s worth of air in roughly five or six seconds. Real evacuation takes longer, because pumps slow as pressure falls, and the listing gives no cycle time. But it is one of only two pump speeds on the page.
The vacuum claim is the more honest-looking one. Four listings here claim 100 kPa. At sea level the atmosphere itself is about 101.3 kPa, so -100kPa is a claim to remove nearly all of it. The VEVOR YJ-300TV1 says “over -95 kPa”, about 28 inches of mercury by our conversion. That is still a deep vacuum. By our arithmetic, water at sea level boils at roughly 37°C, about 99°F, at that pressure. Lukewarm stock will boil in this chamber; cold stock will not.
The listing disagrees with itself twice. The title says “380W Pump Power” and the first bullet says “380W vacuum pump”; the size field says 360W. The seal bar length appears only in the part number field, “Chamber Vacuum Sealer 11.5in”. And the listed weight, 52.69 pounds, is exactly the figure given for the VEVOR 10.2-inch, a different machine, which makes us cautious about it. Ask before relying on either.
What to weigh. It is sold by Amazon.com, ranks #29,275 overall and #98 in Vacuum Sealers, the third-best rank here, and it is the VEVOR on this page that most directly addresses liquids. Its 11.5 inch bar is shorter than the 12 inch machines, so very wide bags will not fit. If you want the three answers from a seller you can return to easily, this is the one.
Pros
- Depth, vacuum and pump maintenance all stated
- Only listing with a pump speed in L/min, 90
- Full-glass lid named
- Marinating, single seal and jar modes
- Sold by Amazon.com
- Third-best rank on the page
Cons
- 380W in title, 360W in size field
- Seal bar length only in part number field
- Listed weight matches another VEVOR exactly
- 11.5 in bar, shorter than the 12 in machines
- Pump type described by maintenance, not named
- No cycle time figure
Best for: A buyer who wants depth, vacuum and an oil-free pump answered, with a glass lid and Amazon.com as the seller.
3. Mesliese 100kPa Chamber Vacuum Sealer CVS101S, 6L, 11.3-Inch Dual Sealing Bar — Best Jar Extras

Two of the three answers, depth and vacuum, a model code one letter from the Beelicious, and the lowest rank on the page.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | 6L; 12.3 × 10.4 × 3.2 in |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | 100kPa |
| Pump | Not stated |
| Seal bar | 11.3 in, removable, dual sealing strip |
| Modes | Quick Marinate; external vacuum via hose |
| Cycle time | Adjustable vacuum and seal time; no figures stated |
| Lid | Material not stated |
| Bags accepted | Smooth chamber bags and textured or embossed rolls |
| In the box | 6.3 in and 7.5 in universal lids, air hose, one 8 in × 16 ft roll; jar adapter not included |
| Listed weight | 21.38 pounds |
| Seller | ChaoB TECH (scarce stock) |
| Best Sellers Rank | #204,692 overall; #580 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This listing answers two of the three liquid questions. The chamber is “an upper chamber with a 6L internal volume(12.3″W x 10.4″L x 3.2″H)”, so the depth is 3.2 inches, second only to the Wevac. The vacuum is “100kPa deep vacuum pressure”, printed without the minus sign but the same claim the Beelicious and the two VEVOR 260-style listings make. The pump is not described at all: no type, no wattage, nothing about oil. By our arithmetic the stated box is about 6.7 litres, close to the stated 6L.
Its model code is one letter from the Beelicious. The Mesliese spec field says “CVS101S”; the Beelicious says CVS101. Both describe a 6 litre “upper chamber”, both accept “smooth chamber bags as well as textured and embossed vacuum rolls”, both have a removable dual seal bar, a built-in bag cutter, an external port, a marinate mode and adjustable vacuum and seal times. The numbers differ: the Beelicious chamber is 300 × 260 × 80 mm, about 11.8 × 10.2 × 3.15 inches by our conversion, against 12.3 × 10.4 × 3.2 here, and its bar is 12 inches against 11.3. The Beelicious also describes a lower out-of-chamber sealing area; this listing does not. We cannot tell from the listings whether one is built on the other, but they read as close relatives.
The extras are about jars and containers. “This set includes 6.3″ and 7.5″ universal lids, creating airtight seals for most non-threaded containers with flat or rounded rims.” The hose connects to the external port for “mason jars(mason jar adapter not included), canisters and zip-top bags”. So the lids are in the box and the jar adapter is not; read that line twice if Mason jars are the plan. The marinate claim is modest by this page’s standards: “up to 20%” faster than traditional methods, against the Beelicious’s “up to 5× faster”.
What to weigh. It ranks #204,692 overall and #580 in Vacuum Sealers, the lowest on the page, and it was sold by ChaoB TECH and flagged as scarce stock at capture. At 21.38 pounds it is the second-lightest machine here after the Avid USV20. The 11.3 inch bar suits bags of about 11 inches wide, and one 8 inch roll is included. If you like the Beelicious design but want universal container lids in the box, this is the listing to compare it with; if you want the pump answered too, the Beelicious says more.
Pros
- 3.2 in depth, second-deepest here
- 100kPa vacuum stated
- Smooth bags and textured rolls both accepted
- Two universal container lids and a hose included
- Removable 11.3 in dual sealing bar
- Second-lightest here, 21.38 lb
Cons
- Pump type not stated
- Mason jar adapter not included
- Lid material not stated
- Lowest rank on the page; scarce stock
- Close relative of the Beelicious, with less stated
- Marinate claim only up to 20% faster
Best for: A buyer who wants a 6 litre chamber with both bag types and universal container lids in the box.
4. Wevac CV12 Pro 12-Inch Chamber Vacuum Sealer, 8.5 Qt, Auto Vacuum Sensing — Best for Soups

The deepest chamber on the page, built around cleaning up after liquids, with no vacuum figure at all.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | 8.5 qt; 12.4 × 12.8 × 3.8 in |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | Not stated |
| Pump | “Commercial-grade”; type not stated |
| Seal bar | 12 in, dual sealing wires, washable |
| Modes | Auto vacuum time; accessory hose with two Mason jar adapters |
| Cycle time | Set automatically by food volume; no figures stated |
| Lid | Transparent, damped assist; material not stated |
| Bags accepted | Not stated |
| Cleaning | Fully removable tray and washable seal bar |
| Listed weight | 29.43 pounds |
| Warranty | 2-year manufacturer |
| Best Sellers Rank | #84,213 overall; #263 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
For the best vacuum sealer for soups, depth is the first number, and this is the deepest. “With a generous 12.4″ W × 12.8″ L × 3.8″ H chamber, the CV12 Pro easily fits bulky roasts, large cuts of meat, and family-size portions. The 4-inch depth also makes it ideal for vacuum sealing soups, marinades, and other liquid-rich foods without mess or spillover.” The 3.8 inches stated in the dimensions is rounded to 4 in the sentence that follows; we use 3.8. It beats the next deepest, the Mesliese, by six tenths of an inch and the shallowest chamber here, the QAUSOU, by just over an inch.
The whole design is pitched at the mess liquids make. “Spills and food residue are common when sealing liquids. Unlike traditional chamber sealers, the CV12 Pro features a fully removable tray and washable seal bar, allowing you to rinse them directly in the sink.” If a bag foams over or a seal fails with soup in the chamber, the fix is lifting out a tray rather than wiping inside a fixed steel box. That is a practical point no spec sheet captures. No other listing here describes a removable tray.
It does not say how hard it pulls. “A powerful commercial-grade pump delivers fast, complete air removal” is the whole of the pump description. No kPa, no inHg, no pump type, no wattage. The auto vacuum feature, which “automatically senses the food volume and sets the optimal vacuum cycle”, is meant to remove the guesswork, but it also means the listing never tells you what the cycle achieves. For a machine sold on soups, the vacuum is the figure that sets the boiling point, and it is missing.
What to weigh. It ranks #84,213 overall and #263 in Vacuum Sealers, and it is sold by WEVAC Direct. It is one of the premium machines here. The 12 inch bar has “dual sealing wires”, and the accessory hose comes with two Mason jar adapters. Bag types are not stated. If soups and stocks are the main job, and you can live without a vacuum figure, the depth and the tray make the case.
Pros
- Deepest chamber here, 3.8 in
- Fully removable tray for spills
- Washable 12 in seal bar with dual wires
- Auto vacuum time by food volume
- Hose and two Mason jar adapters included
- 2-year manufacturer warranty
Cons
- No vacuum figure
- Pump type not stated
- Lid material not stated
- Stated 8.5 qt is below box arithmetic
- Bag types not stated
- Sold only by WEVAC Direct
Best for: A soup and stock maker who values chamber depth and an easy clean-up over a printed vacuum figure.
5. Avid Armor USV20 Chamber Vacuum Sealer, 11.5-Inch Seal Bar — Most Compact

The smallest chamber here and the only listing to put a number on the vacuum cycle, 15 to 60 seconds.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | 4 L; 12.25 × 8.5 × 3 in, stainless steel |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | Not stated |
| Pump | Not stated |
| Seal bar | 11.5 in, user-replaceable |
| Modes | Adjustable vacuum and seal controls |
| Cycle time | Vacuum time adjustable 15 to 60 sec |
| Lid | Material not stated |
| Bags accepted | Smooth pouches up to 11 × 10 in |
| Body | 14 × 12 × 8.25 in (bullet) |
| Listed weight | 17.55 lb (bullet); 17.3 pounds (spec field) |
| Seller | Avid Armor |
| Best Sellers Rank | #16,471 overall; #63 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This is the one listing that tells you how long the pump runs. “Dial in adjustable vacuum time (15 to 60 sec) and seal controls for consistent, repeatable results.” Every other machine here says its times are adjustable, or automatic, and gives no figure. A range of 15 to 60 seconds tells you two useful things: a cycle on this machine is under a minute of pumping, and you control how deep it goes by time. For liquids, a shorter time is the way to stop before a bag starts to boil.
The chamber is the smallest on the page. “Features a 4L stainless steel chamber (12.25″Wx8.5″Lx3″H) and an 11.5-inch heating bar.” By our arithmetic those dimensions make about 5.1 litres, so the stated 4 litres is again the more conservative figure. The 3 inch depth is the second-shallowest here, ahead of only the QAUSOU. And 8.5 inches front to back is short: the listing says it takes “affordable smooth pouches up to 11×10 inches”, which caps how long a bag can be.
Its pump and vacuum are blanks. The first bullet calls the system “full-chamber pressure technology that equalizes vacuum power”, which is a description of how any chamber sealer works. There is no kPa figure, no inHg, no pump type and no wattage. The liquid claim is clear, “locks in soups, stews, marinades, and fresh meat juices without messy spills”, but there is no number behind it. It answers one of the three questions, depth.
What to weigh. It ranks #16,471 overall and #63 in Vacuum Sealers, the second-best rank on the page, and it is sold by Avid Armor, which says it is “Designed by an American company with dedicated customer care right out of Kansas”. If counter space and weight matter more than chamber size, and your portions fit an 11 by 10 inch pouch, this is the small machine to choose.
Pros
- Only stated cycle range, 15 to 60 sec vacuum
- Lightest here, about 17.3 to 17.55 lb
- Fits under upper cabinets, 8.25 in tall
- User-replaceable 11.5 in seal bar
- Smooth pouches named
- Second-best rank on the page
Cons
- Smallest chamber, 4 L
- Second-shallowest at 3 in
- Pouches capped at 11 × 10 in
- No vacuum figure or pump type
- Lid material not stated
- No marinade or jar mode stated
Best for: A small kitchen that wants a light chamber sealer with a controllable cycle for modest portions.
6. QAUSOU Digital Chamber Vacuum Sealer 320mm/12.6-Inch, SMSV19E1A001 — Widest Chamber

The widest chamber on the page and the shallowest, sold with no brand in its title.

Why We Recommend It
The title has no brand; the spec field says QAUSOU. The listing is titled “Digital Chamber Vacuum Sealer 320mm/12.6inch”, with the brand only in the data fields and the model number SMSV19E1A001. It is the one title on the page that does not lead with a name. Its configuration is familiar: “180W vacuum pump with 6 m³/h pumping rate and 320W sealing power”, a 12.6 inch title and a vacuum gauge, which is the same pump wattage, sealing wattage and title length as the VEVOR 12.6-inch. We cannot say from the listings that they are the same machine; we can say the numbers line up.
The chamber is wide and shallow. “Chamber size: 14″ x 13.4″ x 2.76″.” Fourteen inches is the widest chamber on the page and 2.76 inches is the shallowest, more than an inch below the Wevac. By our arithmetic the box is about 8.5 litres, so the space is there; it is just flat. For soups that means thin, flat bags, which freeze faster and stack better anyway, but a deep pouch of stew may sit higher than the bar.
The seal length disagrees with itself. The title says 320mm/12.6 inches. The first bullet says “Effective sealing length: 12.2 inches (31 cm)”. Both may be true, the bar and the usable seal, but if you are buying 12 inch wide chamber bags the 12.2 inch figure is the one to plan around.
It is the one lid on the page named as something other than glass. “Organic glass lid with excellent hardness offers explosion protection.” Organic glass is a term generally used for acrylic rather than mineral glass, so this is the one plastic lid named on the page. It also lists the most explicit bag specification here: “Compatible with liquids, solids, powders, and pastes using plastic film or plastic aluminum foil film.”
What to weigh. It ranks #138,547 overall and #422 in Vacuum Sealers, the second-lowest rank on the page, and it is sold by Qusou Derict. No weight is listed. The described uses run from food to “electronic components, rare metals”, so this is a general packaging machine as much as a kitchen one. Choose it for wide bags and flat portions, and check the seal length with the seller first.
Pros
- Widest chamber here, 14 in
- Pump speed stated, 6 m³/h
- Vacuum gauge and emergency stop
- Bag films named explicitly
- Lid material named
- Automatic cycle on lid press
Cons
- Shallowest chamber, 2.76 in
- Seal length 12.6 in or 12.2 in
- No vacuum figure or pump type
- Organic glass usually means acrylic
- No listed weight
- Second-lowest rank on the page
Best for: A buyer who seals wide, flat bags and wants a gauge and an emergency stop on the panel.
7. VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer DZ-260C, 320W Sealing, 12.6-Inch Seal — Best-Ranked

The best Best Sellers Rank on the page, a 12.6 inch bar, and not a single word about liquids.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | “Deep chamber”; dimensions not stated |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | -100KPa |
| Pump | 180W; type not stated |
| Seal bar | 12.6 in; 10 mm seal strip; 320W heater |
| Modes | None named; built-in gauge, LED display |
| Cycle time | Not stated |
| Lid | Material not stated |
| Bags accepted | “Standard vacuum bags” |
| Model field | DZ-260C |
| Listed weight | 62.0 pounds |
| Seller | Suplander (scarce stock) |
| Best Sellers Rank | #14,819 overall; #57 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This is the best-selling chamber sealer on the page, and its listing never mentions liquids. Its five bullets talk about “Meat and seafood”, “coffee and dry goods”, “large steaks, whole bread loaves, or bulk goods”, “oily or salty foods” and chips. Soup, sauce, marinade, juice and liquid do not appear. A chamber machine seals liquids by design, so this does not mean it cannot. It means the listing does not promise it, and gives you none of the numbers you would use to check.
It answers one of the three questions. The first bullet says “-100KPa Vacuum Power”, about 29.5 inches of mercury by our conversion. At sea level, where the air is about 101.3 kPa, that is a claim to remove almost everything. If true, water would boil in this chamber at around 11°C, about 52°F, by our arithmetic: a cold-from-the-fridge liquid is fine, a room-temperature one may not be. At altitude a gauge cannot read -100 kPa at all, because there is less air to remove. The chamber depth is only “deep”, and the pump is “A 180W vacuum pump” with no type given.
The seal is the strongest stated on the page. “The 10 mm wide seal strip and 320W heater of the chamber sealer create a strong, seamless seal that withstands freezer swelling and bumps.” Ten millimetres is the widest seal width given here; its sibling gives 8 mm and the FLYQRIAT’s 320W option 0.3 inches, about 7.6 mm by our conversion. With a 12.6 inch bar, matched only by the QAUSOU’s title, it takes the widest bags of any machine here.
It has a sibling on this page, and a model-number puzzle. The VEVOR 10.2-inch shares these five bullets word for word except for the seal strip and heater figures. The model field here says “DZ-260C”; 260 mm is 10.2 inches by our conversion, which matches the sibling’s bar, not this one’s 12.6 inches. The size field says “12in 180w”. We cannot tell which field is right, so ask the seller to confirm the bar length before you order bags. The QAUSOU also shares this listing’s 180W pump, 320W sealing power and 12.6 inch title.
It is heavy and unexplained. The listed weight is 62.0 pounds, the most on the page and more than three times the Avid USV20. The listing does not say why. A heavy chamber sealer is often a sign of a large steel body or an oil pump, but this listing confirms neither, and it never mentions oil. If maintenance matters to you, ask.
What to weigh. It ranks #14,819 overall and #57 in Vacuum Sealers, the best on the page, but it was sold by a third party, Suplander, and flagged as scarce stock at capture. For dry goods and meat on wide bags it is a lot of machine. For the best chamber vacuum sealer for liquids specifically, the listings above it on our table say more.
Pros
- Best rank on the page
- 12.6 in seal bar, joint-longest
- 10 mm seal strip, widest stated
- -100KPa vacuum stated
- Built-in gauge and LED display
- Stainless steel chamber
Cons
- Never mentions liquids
- Chamber dimensions not stated
- Pump type not stated
- Model field suggests a 10.2 in bar
- 62.0 lb, heaviest here
- Third-party seller; scarce stock
Best for: A buyer sealing wide bags of meat and dry goods who wants the strongest stated seal.
8. VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer, 260W Sealing, 10.2-Inch Seal — Narrow-Bar VEVOR

The 12.6-inch VEVOR’s copy with a shorter bar, a narrower seal and no model number.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | “Deep chamber”; dimensions not stated |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | -100KPa |
| Pump | 180W; type not stated |
| Seal bar | 10.2 in; 8 mm seal strip; 260W heater |
| Modes | None named; built-in gauge, LED display |
| Cycle time | Not stated |
| Lid | Material not stated |
| Bags accepted | “Standard vacuum bags” |
| Size field | 15.9 × 12.4 × 11.8 in (405 × 316 × 300 mm) |
| Listed weight | 52.69 pounds |
| Seller | Amazon.com |
| Best Sellers Rank | #38,452 overall; #128 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This is the same listing as the 12.6-inch VEVOR, with two numbers changed. Bullet two reads “The 8 mm wide seal strip and 260W heater” where the larger machine says 10 mm and 320W. The title says 10.2 inch sealing length. Every other bullet, the “-100KPa Vacuum Power”, the “deep chamber”, the “180W vacuum pump”, the gauge and LED display, is identical. If you are choosing between the two, you are choosing a bar length and a seal width.
It shares its sibling’s silence on liquids. The copy names meat, seafood, coffee, dry goods, steaks, bread, bulk goods and chips. It does not name a soup, a sauce or a marinade. As a chamber machine it will handle liquids by design, but the listing does not commit, and without a chamber depth you cannot judge how much liquid a bag can hold below the bar.
The size field gives the outside, not the chamber. “15.9 x 12.4 x 11.8 in/405 x 316 x 300 mm” is the body, and the spec table says 18 by 15 by 15.7 inches, a different and larger figure. Neither tells you the chamber. The listed weight, 52.69 pounds, is the same figure to the hundredth as the VEVOR YJ-300TV1, a very different machine, so treat it with caution. The model field says only “Chamber Vacuum Sealer”, but the model printed on its 12.6-inch sibling, DZ-260C, matches this machine’s 260 mm bar.
What to weigh. It is sold by Amazon.com and ranks #38,452 overall and #128 in Vacuum Sealers. It is the budget VEVOR here. If your bags are 10 inches wide or less and you mostly seal meat, it is the smaller version of the best-selling machine on the page, from an easier seller to deal with.
Pros
- -100KPa vacuum stated
- Same core spec as the best-ranked VEVOR
- 8 mm seal strip stated
- Built-in gauge and LED display
- Sold by Amazon.com
- Budget VEVOR option
Cons
- Never mentions liquids
- Shortest bar here, 10.2 in
- No chamber dimensions
- Pump type not stated
- Size field and spec table disagree
- Weight matches another VEVOR exactly
Best for: A buyer who seals bags 10 inches wide or less and wants the best-selling VEVOR’s spec from Amazon.com.
9. Avid Armor USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer for Foods, Soups and Liquids — Best Marinade Mode

Sold on soups and liquids in its title, with a tempered glass lid and a marinate mode, and no chamber or vacuum figures.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | Stainless steel; dimensions not stated |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | Not stated |
| Pump | Not stated; “maintenance-free” |
| Seal bar | 11.5 in, dual-wire |
| Modes | Rapid Infusion Marinate; one-touch automatic cycle; external hose port for jars |
| Cycle time | Not stated |
| Lid | Tempered glass |
| Bags accepted | Up to 11.5 in wide; thick pouches |
| Body | 15.5 × 14.0 × 9.5 in |
| Listed weight | 26.4 pounds |
| Seller | Avid Armor |
| Best Sellers Rank | #37,976 overall; #123 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
The title promises soups and liquids; the listing gives you no numbers to judge them by. “True chamber technology equalizes pressure to lock in liquid soups, sauces, and juicy meats with zero mess.” That is a correct description of a chamber sealer. But the listing gives no chamber dimensions, no volume, no depth, no vacuum figure and no pump type. It answers none of the three questions directly, and it is one of the premium machines here.
The lid is named, and it is glass. “Stainless Steel Build & Tempered Glass Lid”, with “a clear glass lid to easily monitor the vacuum process”. It is the only lid on the page described as tempered. With liquids, watching the bag is the practical safety check: if it starts to bubble hard before the seal, you can stop. This lid lets you see that.
It has the most clearly described marinade mode. “Rapid Infusion Marinate Mode in Minutes: The USV32 vacuum chamber sealer instantly drive marinades deep into meat fibers.” The listing claims “overnight flavor infusion in mere minutes”. Four listings on the page name a marinade mode: this, the Beelicious, the Mesliese and the VEVOR YJ-300TV1. An external accessory hose port for jars is included.
“Maintenance-free” is the only pump clue. The fourth bullet calls it “a straightforward, maintenance-free vacuum sealer food saver” with “a simple one-touch automatic cycle”. A maintenance-free pump is not likely to need oil changes, but the listing does not say dry, piston or oil, and the one-touch cycle means no stated vacuum time. The seal bar is a “heavy-duty 11.5″ dual-wire sealing bar for thick pouches”.
What to weigh. It ranks #37,976 overall and #123 in Vacuum Sealers and is sold by Avid Armor. For a buyer who marinates often and wants a glass lid to watch liquids, it has the features. For a buyer who wants the numbers behind a soup claim, it has the fewest of any premium machine on the page. Our vacuum sealer for heavy use guide looks at what high-volume sealing asks of a machine more broadly.
Pros
- Tempered glass lid, the only one called tempered
- Rapid Infusion Marinate mode
- 11.5 in dual-wire seal bar
- External hose port for jars
- One-touch automatic cycle
- Sold by Avid Armor
Cons
- No chamber dimensions or depth
- No vacuum figure
- Pump type not stated
- No cycle time
- Premium machine with sparse numbers
- Bag types not stated
Best for: A buyer who marinates often and wants to watch liquids through a tempered glass lid.
10. FLYQRIAT 260W Chamber Vacuum Sealer ZKFKJ-2653, Wet Food and Sous Vide — Lowest-Priced

The lowest-priced machine here, with a 10.2 inch bar and adjustable cooling time, and almost nothing else measured.
Key Specifications
| Chamber | Not stated |
|---|---|
| Vacuum | Not stated |
| Pump | Not stated |
| Seal bar | 10.2 in (260W model) |
| Other configuration | 320W model: 12 in bar, 0.3 in seal width, 304 stainless |
| Modes | Adjustable vacuum, seal and cooling time |
| Cycle time | Not stated |
| Lid | Transparent; material not stated |
| Bags accepted | Not stated |
| Listed weight | Not stated |
| Seller | FLYQRIAT |
| Best Sellers Rank | #47,231 overall; #153 in Vacuum Sealers |
Why We Recommend It
This listing describes two machines and measures neither. “Choose between two configurations for different food-prep needs. The 260W model features a 10.2 in seal bar, while the 320W model features a 12 in seal bar.” This listing is the 260W model, by its title and size field. Beyond the bar, it gives no chamber size, no depth, no vacuum, no pump type, no wattage for the pump, no weight and no dimensions. It answers none of the three questions.
The liquid claim is clear in words. “Designed for chamber-style vacuum sealing of wet foods, liquids, meats, seafood, sauces, marinades, cheese, vegetables and other food-prep ingredients.” Unlike the two VEVOR 260-style listings, this one does name liquids. But without a depth or a vacuum figure, you cannot tell how much liquid fits under the bar or at what temperature it will boil.
It is the only listing to name a cooling time control. “Digital controls allow adjustment of vacuum time, seal time and cooling time according to the food and bag being used.” Cooling time is how long the bar stays clamped after the heat cuts, letting the seal set before the chamber vents. For thick bags and wet necks that is a useful control. The 260W model has “a digital display and pressure gauge”; the air switch and emergency stop belong to the 320W model only.
Its numbers mirror the VEVOR pairing. 260W with a 10.2 inch bar, and 320W with a 12 inch bar, is the same wattage-and-bar pattern as the two VEVORs on this page, which pair 260W with 10.2 inches and 320W with 12.6 inches. The 320W model’s 0.3 inch seal width is about 7.6 mm by our conversion, close to the smaller VEVOR’s 8 mm. We cannot say from the listings that these come from the same factory. We can say the configuration is a common one.
What to weigh. It is the lowest-priced machine on the page, ranks #47,231 overall and #153 in Vacuum Sealers, and is sold by FLYQRIAT. It is a way into chamber sealing for a buyer who mainly wants to try it. Ask the seller for the chamber depth and vacuum before you seal anything hot, and plan around bags of about 10 inches wide.
Pros
- Lowest-priced on the page
- Liquids and marinades named
- Adjustable cooling time, the only one named
- Digital display and pressure gauge
- Stainless steel construction
- Sold by the brand
Cons
- No chamber size or depth
- No vacuum figure or pump type
- No weight or dimensions
- 10.2 in bar, joint-shortest
- Lid material not stated
- Listing mixes two models
Best for: A first-time chamber buyer who wants to try the format and will confirm the missing figures with the seller.
Three Questions, Ten Answers
A chamber sealer seals liquids because it lowers the pressure around the whole bag. Three numbers decide how well and how safely it does that with a bag of soup. The table sets out what each listing gives for each, quoted as printed. The last column is our arithmetic: the approximate temperature at which water boils at the stated vacuum, using standard steam-table values at sea-level air pressure, 101.3 kPa.
| Sealer | Chamber depth | Vacuum stated | Pump type stated | Answered | Water boils at (ours) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beelicious CVS101 | 80 mm | Up to -100kPa | Four oil-free dry pumps | 3 of 3 | About 11°C / 52°F |
| VEVOR YJ-300TV1 | 3.15 in | Over -95 kPa | No oil changes needed | 3 of 3 | About 37°C / 99°F |
| Mesliese CVS101S | 3.2 in | 100kPa | Not stated | 2 of 3 | About 11°C / 52°F |
| Wevac CV12 Pro | 3.8 in | Not stated | “Commercial-grade” | 1 of 3 | — |
| Avid USV20 | 3 in | Not stated | Not stated | 1 of 3 | — |
| QAUSOU | 2.76 in | Not stated | 180W only | 1 of 3 | — |
| VEVOR 12.6-inch | “Deep” | -100KPa | 180W only | 1 of 3 | About 11°C / 52°F |
| VEVOR 10.2-inch | “Deep” | -100KPa | 180W only | 1 of 3 | About 11°C / 52°F |
| Avid USV32 | Not stated | Not stated | “Maintenance-free” | 0 of 3 | — |
| FLYQRIAT 260W | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated | 0 of 3 | — |
Depth is the most common answer, and the most useful. Six listings give it, from 2.76 inches on the QAUSOU to 3.8 on the Wevac. In a chamber, a bag of liquid lies flat on the floor or on a tray, with its open neck laid across the seal bar. The liquid has to stay below the bar, or it is drawn into the seal as the air leaves. A deeper chamber lets a filled bag be thicker before that happens. An inch between the shallowest and the deepest is a big difference when a portion of soup is only an inch or two deep in the bag.
Vacuum is the safety number, and five listings give it. Four claim 100 kPa, three of them with the minus sign; one says over -95 kPa. Read those as gauge pressure, the amount below the surrounding air. At sea level the air is about 101.3 kPa, so -100 kPa leaves about 1.3 kPa, and -95 leaves about 6.3 kPa, by our arithmetic. Water boils when the pressure around it falls to its vapour pressure, so at those levels it boils at roughly 11°C and 37°C respectively. That is why chilled liquids are the rule for every machine here, and why no hot liquid should ever go in above the temperature your manual allows. No listing on this page states that temperature, so read the manual that ships with the machine.
Pump type is the least answered. One listing, the Beelicious, says “dry pumps”. The VEVOR YJ-300TV1 says “No oil changes needed” and the Avid USV32 says “maintenance-free”, which point the same way without naming a type. No listing says it uses an oil pump. In general terms, a dry piston pump needs no oil and suits occasional home use, while an oil rotary vane pump pulls a deeper vacuum faster and needs periodic oil changes. The three heaviest machines here, the VEVORs at 52.69 to 62.0 pounds, say nothing about oil either way. If you would rather not change pump oil, ask before you buy.

Chambers by the Litre and the Inch
Depth decides how tall a liquid bag can be. Width and length decide how big a bag fits at all, and volume gives a sense of the whole. Six listings give inside dimensions; four give a volume. Where both exist, our volume arithmetic from the stated box comes out higher than the stated volume every time, which suggests the stated figures allow for the seal bar, a tray or rounded corners.
| Sealer | Inside W × L × H, as stated | Volume stated | Box volume (ours) | Seal bar |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wevac CV12 Pro | 12.4 × 12.8 × 3.8 in | 8.5 qt | About 9.9 L | 12 in, dual wire |
| Mesliese CVS101S | 12.3 × 10.4 × 3.2 in | 6L | About 6.7 L | 11.3 in, dual sealing strip |
| QAUSOU | 14 × 13.4 × 2.76 in | Not stated | About 8.5 L | 12.6 in title; 12.2 in effective |
| VEVOR YJ-300TV1 | 12.87 × 12.20 × 3.15 in | Not stated | About 8.1 L | 11.5 in, part number field |
| Beelicious CVS101 | 300 × 260 × 80 mm | Approx. 6 L | About 6.2 L | 12 in, dual seal |
| Avid USV20 | 12.25 × 8.5 × 3 in | 4 L | About 5.1 L | 11.5 in |
| VEVOR 12.6-inch | Not stated | Not stated | — | 12.6 in, 10 mm seal |
| VEVOR 10.2-inch | Not stated | Not stated | — | 10.2 in, 8 mm seal |
| Avid USV32 | Not stated | Not stated | — | 11.5 in, dual wire |
| FLYQRIAT 260W | Not stated | Not stated | — | 10.2 in |
The seal bar sets the widest bag. Bars here run from 10.2 inches on the VEVOR 10.2-inch and the FLYQRIAT to 12.6 inches claimed by the VEVOR 12.6-inch and the QAUSOU’s title. A bag needs to lie across the bar with a little room at each end, so the practical widest bag is a touch under the bar length. The Avid USV20 is explicit about it: “smooth pouches up to 11×10 inches”. If you already own a stock of 12 inch bags, rule out the 10.2, 11.3 and 11.5 inch machines.
Liquids, Marinades and Jars, Listing by Listing
Every chamber machine can seal liquids in principle. Not every listing says so, and only some add the modes that make liquid work easier. Here is what each names in words.
| Sealer | Liquids named | Marinade mode | Jar sealing | Lid | Bags named |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beelicious CVS101 | Yes | Vacuum Marinate | In chamber and external port | Not stated | Smooth and textured |
| VEVOR YJ-300TV1 | Watery foods | Marinating | Jar vacuuming | Full glass | Any type |
| Wevac CV12 Pro | Yes | Not named | Hose and two adapters | Transparent | Not stated |
| Mesliese CVS101S | Yes | Quick Marinate | External hose and two universal lids; jar adapter not included | Not stated | Smooth and textured |
| Avid USV20 | Yes | Not named | Not stated | Not stated | Smooth pouches |
| QAUSOU | Yes | Not named | Not stated | Organic glass | Plastic or foil film |
| VEVOR 12.6-inch | Not mentioned | Not named | Not stated | Not stated | Standard vacuum bags |
| VEVOR 10.2-inch | Not mentioned | Not named | Not stated | Not stated | Standard vacuum bags |
| Avid USV32 | Yes | Rapid Infusion Marinate | External hose port | Tempered glass | Not stated |
| FLYQRIAT 260W | Yes | Not named | Not stated | Transparent | Not stated |
Eight of ten name liquids; two never do. The two VEVOR 260-style listings are the exceptions, and they share their copy. Of the eight, four add a marinade mode: the Beelicious, the Mesliese, the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 and the Avid USV32. A marinade mode typically pulls and releases vacuum in cycles rather than sealing, which is gentler on a bag of liquid as well as quicker at flavouring meat.
Five offer jar sealing. The Beelicious, VEVOR YJ-300TV1, Wevac, Mesliese and Avid USV32 all mention jars, through an external hose or inside the chamber; the Mesliese leaves the jar adapter out of the box but includes two universal container lids. The Beelicious is the only one to say jars can go inside the chamber directly. If jar storage is your main use, our mason jar vacuum sealer roundup covers machines built around it.
Three name glass, or something like it, for the lid. The VEVOR YJ-300TV1 says full glass, the Avid USV32 tempered glass, and the QAUSOU organic glass, a term usually used for acrylic. Wevac and FLYQRIAT say transparent and stop there. The other five do not describe the lid at all. A clear lid matters for liquids, because it is how you see a bag beginning to boil before the seal.

Twins and Rebadges on One Page
Several of these ten listings describe machines that look closely related. We cannot tell from the listings who makes what, and nothing here says one is a copy of another. But a buyer comparing them should know which comparisons are between near-identical boxes.
| Group | Listings | What they share | What differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| VEVOR 260 family | VEVOR 12.6-inch, VEVOR 10.2-inch | Five bullets word for word apart from two numbers; -100KPa; 180W pump; gauge and LED | 12.6 vs 10.2 in bar; 10 vs 8 mm seal; 320W vs 260W heater |
| Wattage-and-bar pattern | FLYQRIAT 260W; QAUSOU | FLYQRIAT pairs 260W with 10.2 in like the smaller VEVOR; QAUSOU pairs a 180W pump, 320W sealing and a 12.6 in title like the larger | Different copy; FLYQRIAT’s larger option is 12 in; QAUSOU gives chamber dimensions |
| 6 L pair | Beelicious CVS101, Mesliese CVS101S | Model codes one letter apart; 6 L upper chamber; smooth and textured bags; removable dual seal bar; bag cutter; external port; marinate mode; 100 kPa claim | 300 × 260 × 80 mm vs 12.3 × 10.4 × 3.2 in; 12 vs 11.3 in bar; Beelicious names dry pumps and an out-of-chamber area; Mesliese adds universal lids |
| Avid Armor pair | USV20, USV32 | Same brand and support line; 11.5 in bar; liquids named | USV20 gives chamber and cycle figures; USV32 adds glass lid and marinate mode but no chamber figures |
The VEVOR model field is worth a question. The 12.6-inch listing’s model field says DZ-260C. 260 mm is 10.2 inches, our conversion, which is the smaller listing’s bar. The smaller listing gives no model number at all. Either the field is shared across sizes or it belongs to the other listing. If bar length matters to your bags, confirm it with the seller.
Popularity Does Not Follow the Answers
Star ratings were not captured for this roundup, so the only popularity measure here is Amazon’s Best Sellers Rank, as returned on 5 October 2026. All ten are ranked in Vacuum Sealers, so the category ranks compare directly. Ranks move constantly; read the order, not the precise numbers.
| Sealer | Overall rank | Vacuum Sealers rank | Questions answered |
|---|---|---|---|
| VEVOR 12.6-inch | #14,819 | #57 | 1 of 3 |
| Avid USV20 | #16,471 | #63 | 1 of 3 |
| VEVOR YJ-300TV1 | #29,275 | #98 | 3 of 3 |
| Avid USV32 | #37,976 | #123 | 0 of 3 |
| VEVOR 10.2-inch | #38,452 | #128 | 1 of 3 |
| Beelicious CVS101 | #39,448 | #131 | 3 of 3 |
| FLYQRIAT 260W | #47,231 | #153 | 0 of 3 |
| Wevac CV12 Pro | #84,213 | #263 | 1 of 3 |
| QAUSOU | #138,547 | #422 | 1 of 3 |
| Mesliese CVS101S | #204,692 | #580 | 2 of 3 |
The best-selling machine is the one that never mentions liquids. The VEVOR 12.6-inch leads at #57 in Vacuum Sealers. The second, the Avid USV20, has the smallest chamber on the page. The two listings that answer all three questions sit third and sixth. Whatever is driving sales, it is not the completeness of the liquid spec. The deepest chamber, the Wevac, sits near the bottom, which probably says more about its premium positioning than its spec, and the Mesliese, with two answers, is last.
Best Alternatives
| Alternative | Why Consider It | Better For | Main Trade-Off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Edge (suction) vacuum sealer | Smaller, lighter and simpler; the mainstream choice in our main vacuum sealer roundup | Dry foods, meat and occasional sealing | Liquids get drawn towards the pump; needs textured bags |
| Heavy-duty edge sealer | Built for long runs of bags; covered in our vacuum sealer for heavy use guide | Hunters and bulk buyers sealing dry or frozen portions | Still cannot seal liquids reliably; pre-freeze them first |
| Handheld sealer with valve bags | Pocket-sized and battery powered; see our handheld vacuum sealer roundup | Small portions, leftovers and sous vide on a budget | Needs special valve bags; shallow vacuum |
| Jar sealer or jar attachment | Vacuum-seals Mason jars without bags | Dry goods, pantry staples and refrigerated soups in jars | Not a substitute for flat freezer packs |
What the Step Up Buys
Without prices, the useful way to read this page is by what each step in spec adds. Moving from the lowest-priced machine to the premium ones buys, in order:
- Stated numbers. The FLYQRIAT gives a seal bar and little else. The mid-priced Beelicious and VEVOR YJ-300TV1 give chamber, vacuum and pump. Oddly, the premium tier, Wevac and Avid USV32, gives fewer of those three numbers than the middle does.
- Depth. The premium Wevac has the deepest chamber, 3.8 inches, against 3 to 3.2 inches in the middle and 2.76 on the QAUSOU.
- Cleaning. Only the Wevac has a removable tray and a washable seal bar; the Beelicious and Mesliese have removable bars. With liquids, that is the step up you notice most often.
- Automation. Auto vacuum time on the Wevac, a one-touch cycle on the USV32. Manual timers elsewhere, with a stated range only on the USV20.
- Warranty and support. A two-year warranty is stated only on the Wevac; the Beelicious says up to 15 months with extension. The rest state none.
- Weight, in reverse. The heaviest machines, the VEVORs at 52.69 to 62.0 pounds, are not the premium ones. The premium Wevac and USV32 list 29.43 and 26.4 pounds.

What to Check Before You Buy
Chamber depth, in inches or millimetres
For soups and stocks this is the first number. A filled bag has to lie flat with its liquid below the seal bar. Depths here run from 2.76 to 3.8 inches, and four listings do not give one. If the listing is silent, ask; if you cannot get an answer, plan on flat, thin portions.
Stated vacuum, and what it means for boiling
Look for kPa or inHg. -100 kPa is about 29.5 inHg, by our conversion, and leaves water boiling at roughly 11°C at sea level; -95 kPa, about 28 inHg, at roughly 37°C. Five listings give no figure. A deeper vacuum is better for storage and worse for warm liquids, so the figure tells you how cold your soup has to be.
Pump type: dry or oil
Dry piston pumps need no oil; oil pumps need periodic oil changes and are generally heavier. Only the Beelicious names dry pumps. Ask about any machine that does not say, especially a heavy one.
Seal bar length against your bags
The bar sets the widest bag: 10.2 inches on the shortest machines here, 12 to 12.6 on the longest. Check whether the seal length you are quoted is the bar or the effective seal; the QAUSOU gives both, 12.6 and 12.2 inches.
Bag types the machine accepts
Smooth chamber bags are generally cheaper than textured rolls, and a chamber sealer works with them. Some machines also accept textured bags; the Beelicious can seal rolls outside the chamber. Check before you stock up.
Lid material and visibility
A clear lid lets you watch a liquid bag and stop the cycle if it starts to boil. Glass is named on two listings and organic glass on one. A lid described only as transparent may be acrylic or polycarbonate; the listing does not say.
The manual’s temperature limit for liquids
No listing on this page states one. Ask for the manual before you buy, and never seal hot liquids above the temperature it allows. Liquids boil under vacuum, and a boiling bag can spray contents into the chamber and the pump. Chill soups, stocks and sauces in the fridge first.
Common Mistakes
- Sealing hot soup. At the 100 kPa four listings claim, water boils at roughly 11°C by our arithmetic; chill liquids first and follow the manual’s limit.
- Ignoring chamber depth. Depths here run from 2.76 to 3.8 inches; a bag of liquid thicker than the space below the bar will push liquid into the seal.
- Buying bags before checking the bar. A 12 inch bag will not lie across a 10.2 inch bar, and two machines here have one.
- Assuming every chamber is oil-free. Only one listing says dry pumps; the three heaviest, 52.69 to 62.0 pounds, say nothing about oil.
- Trusting a stated volume over the dimensions. The Wevac says 8.5 qt, the Mesliese 6L; depth, not volume, is what limits a liquid bag.
- Overfilling the bag. Leave the neck long and the liquid well below the bar; a foaming bag on a 3 inch chamber has nowhere to go.
- Reading the best rank as the best liquid spec. The best-ranked machine here, #57 in Vacuum Sealers, never mentions liquids.
- Forgetting altitude. High up, no gauge reads -100 kPa and water boils cooler before the cycle starts; shorten the vacuum time.
Who Should Buy Which
Buy the Beelicious Pro CVS101 if you want every liquid question answered. It states an 80 mm deep 6 litre chamber, up to -100kPa and four oil-free dry pumps, takes smooth and textured bags, and seals oversize bags outside the chamber. Accept a third-party seller and an undescribed lid.
Buy the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 if you want the same three answers from Amazon.com. A 3.15 inch deep chamber, over -95 kPa, 90 L/min, no oil changes and a full-glass lid. Accept an 11.5 inch bar and a listing that gives two pump wattages.
Buy the Wevac CV12 Pro if soups and stocks are the main job. The deepest chamber here at 3.8 inches, a removable tray, a washable 12 inch dual-wire bar and a 2-year warranty. Accept that it states no vacuum figure.
Buy the Mesliese CVS101S if you want a 6 litre chamber with container lids in the box. A 3.2 inch deep chamber, 100kPa stated, smooth and textured bags, a removable 11.3 inch dual bar and two universal lids. Accept no pump information, no jar adapter and the lowest rank here, with scarce stock.
Buy the Avid Armor USV20 if counter space is tight. At about 17.3 to 17.55 pounds and 8.25 inches tall it is the lightest and smallest here, with the only stated vacuum time range, 15 to 60 seconds. Accept a 4 litre chamber and 11 by 10 inch pouches.
Buy the QAUSOU if you seal wide, flat bags. A 14 inch wide chamber, a gauge, an emergency stop and a named lid material. Accept the shallowest chamber here, 2.76 inches, and two different seal lengths.
Buy the VEVOR 12.6-inch if you seal wide bags of meat and dry goods. The best rank on the page, a 12.6 inch bar and a 10 mm seal. Accept that the listing never mentions liquids, weighs 62.0 pounds and was sold by a third party with scarce stock.
Buy the VEVOR 10.2-inch if your bags are 10 inches wide or less. The same core copy as the best-ranked VEVOR, sold by Amazon.com, with an 8 mm seal. Accept no chamber figures and no mention of liquids.
Buy the Avid Armor USV32 if you marinate often and want to watch through glass. A tempered glass lid, Rapid Infusion Marinate mode and an 11.5 inch dual-wire bar. Accept that it states no chamber size, vacuum or pump type.
Buy the FLYQRIAT 260W if you want to try chamber sealing at the lowest price here. It names liquids and gives a cooling time control. Accept that it states almost nothing else, and ask the seller for depth and vacuum first.
If you process game or whole cuts before sealing, our meat grinder for bones guide covers the grinding side of the job.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can a chamber vacuum sealer seal liquids when an edge sealer cannot?
An edge sealer pulls air out of the bag through its open mouth, so the air flows out past the contents and carries any liquid with it towards the seal and the pump. A chamber sealer places the whole bag inside a closed box and removes the air from the box. The pressure inside the bag and outside it fall together, so there is no flow pulling liquid out of the bag. When the target vacuum is reached, the bar seals the neck, and when air returns to the chamber it presses the bag tight around the contents. That is why every machine on this page can, in principle, seal soup, stock or marinade. The practical limits are the chamber depth, which sets how thick a liquid bag can be below the seal bar, and the vacuum level, which sets how cold the liquid must be to avoid boiling.
What is the best vacuum sealer for liquids on this list?
On the listings alone, the Beelicious Pro CVS101 and the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 are the two that state everything you need: chamber depth, vacuum in kPa and whether the pump uses oil. The Beelicious gives an 80 mm deep 6 litre chamber, up to -100kPa and four oil-free dry pumps, and it names a Vacuum Marinate mode. The VEVOR gives a 3.15 inch deep chamber, over -95 kPa and no oil changes needed, plus a full-glass lid so you can watch the bag. If depth matters most, the Wevac CV12 Pro has the deepest chamber here at 3.8 inches and a removable tray for spills, but it gives no vacuum figure. The two VEVOR 260-style listings never mention liquids at all, so choose another if liquid sealing is the reason you are buying.
Can I seal hot soup in a chamber vacuum sealer?
No. Liquids boil when the pressure around them drops far enough, and a chamber sealer is designed to drop it a long way. By our arithmetic, using standard steam-table values at sea level, water boils at roughly 11 degrees C, about 52 degrees F, at the 100 kPa four of these listings claim, and at roughly 37 degrees C, about 99 degrees F, at -95 kPa. A hot or even warm soup will boil violently in the bag, can spray into the chamber and the pump, and will spoil the seal. No listing on this page states a maximum liquid temperature, so read the manual that ships with your machine and never exceed what it allows. As general guidance, cool soups and stocks in the fridge until they are cold right through, then seal. Shortening the vacuum time also helps with delicate or foamy liquids.
What is the difference between a dry piston pump and an oil pump?
In general terms, a dry piston pump uses a piston and seals without oil. It needs little maintenance and suits home use, though it tends to pull a vacuum more slowly and less deeply than an oil pump of the same size. An oil pump, usually a rotary vane design, runs in oil that seals and cools it. It reaches a deeper vacuum faster, but the oil must be checked and changed, and moisture drawn from wet food can contaminate it. Among these ten, only the Beelicious names its pumps as dry. The VEVOR YJ-300TV1 says no oil changes are needed and the Avid USV32 says maintenance-free, which point the same way. No listing says oil, and seven say nothing about pump type. If you would rather not deal with oil, ask the seller before you buy, especially for the heavier machines.
How deep should a chamber be for soups and stews?
Deep enough that a filled bag can lie flat with the liquid below the seal bar. The listings here range from 2.76 inches on the QAUSOU to 3.8 inches on the Wevac, with the Mesliese at 3.2, the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 and Beelicious at about 3.15, and the Avid USV20 at 3. Four listings do not state a depth. A deeper chamber lets each portion be thicker, which means fewer bags per batch. On a shallower machine, portion soups into flatter bags, which freeze faster and stack well anyway. Leave a long neck on the bag so the open end can drape across the bar while the liquid stays low, and do not overfill: a bag that foams as the pressure falls needs space. If a listing does not give a depth, ask for it before buying a chamber sealer for liquids.
Do chamber vacuum sealers need special bags?
They can use smooth chamber bags, which have no textured channels and are generally cheaper than the embossed rolls edge sealers require. Because the chamber removes the air from around the bag, the bag does not need channels for air to escape through. Most chamber machines will also seal textured bags, though it is worth checking. On this page, the Avid USV20 names smooth pouches up to 11 by 10 inches, the Beelicious names both smooth chamber bags and textured or embossed rolls and includes ten of each, the Mesliese names the same two types, the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 says any type of bag, and the QAUSOU names plastic film and plastic-aluminium foil film. Three listings do not say. Whatever bag you choose, its width has to fit the seal bar, which runs from 10.2 to 12.6 inches here, and its thickness should suit the seal.
Are the Beelicious CVS101 and the Mesliese CVS101S the same machine?
We cannot tell from the listings who makes either machine, and neither says it is related to the other. But the model codes differ by one letter, CVS101 and CVS101S, and the descriptions overlap closely. Both describe a 6 litre upper chamber, accept smooth chamber bags and textured or embossed rolls, have a removable dual seal bar, a built-in bag cutter, an external port, a marinate mode and adjustable vacuum and seal times, and both claim 100 kPa. The differences on paper: the Beelicious chamber is 300 by 260 by 80 mm, about 11.8 by 10.2 by 3.15 inches, against 12.3 by 10.4 by 3.2 inches on the Mesliese; the Beelicious bar is 12 inches against 11.3; the Beelicious names four oil-free dry pumps and an out-of-chamber sealing area, while the Mesliese names no pump and includes two universal container lids. Treat them as close alternatives and choose on bar length, pump information, extras and seller.
Is a chamber vacuum sealer worth it over an edge sealer?
It depends on what you seal. If you regularly seal soups, stocks, sauces, marinades or juicy cuts, a chamber sealer handles them in one step, while an edge sealer needs liquids frozen solid first. Chamber machines also use smooth bags, which are generally cheaper, and their seal bars and pumps are built for longer runs. The trade-offs are size and weight: the machines here run from about 17.3 pounds on the Avid USV20 to 62.0 pounds on the VEVOR 12.6-inch, against a few pounds for most edge sealers, and they need a permanent spot on the counter. If you mostly seal dry goods and meat a few times a month, an edge sealer from our main vacuum sealer roundup is the simpler buy. If liquids are the reason you are reading this page, the chamber is the tool for the job.
Final Verdict
Depth, vacuum and dry pumps all stated: 80 mm, up to -100kPa, four oil-free pumps, with smooth and textured bags accepted.
The other full answer: 3.15 inch depth, over -95 kPa, no oil changes, 90 L/min and a full-glass lid, sold by Amazon.com.
The deepest chamber here, 3.8 inches, with a removable tray, washable 12 inch bar and a 2-year warranty.
A chamber sealer is bought for liquids, and liquids ask three questions: how deep, how hard and which pump. Six of these ten listings give a depth, five give a vacuum and one names a dry pump. Only the Beelicious Pro CVS101 and the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 answer all three.
The vacuum numbers carry a safety message the listings leave out. At the 100 kPa four listings claim, water boils at roughly 11°C by our arithmetic; at -95 kPa, at roughly 37°C. No listing states a maximum liquid temperature. Chill every soup and stock first, and never seal a liquid hotter than your machine’s manual allows.
The page is full of near-twins. The two VEVOR 260-style listings share their copy and never mention liquids, though the larger one is the best-selling machine here. The Beelicious and Mesliese carry model codes one letter apart and describe the same 6 litre format. The FLYQRIAT and QAUSOU follow the VEVOR wattage-and-bar pattern. Compare model numbers, and ask the seller where fields disagree.
If you buy one chamber vacuum sealer from this page, make it the Beelicious Pro CVS101: an 80 mm deep 6 litre chamber, up to -100kPa, four oil-free dry pumps, a 12 inch dual-seal bar and both bag types accepted. If you want Amazon.com as the seller, the VEVOR YJ-300TV1 answers the same three questions; if soups are the whole job, the Wevac CV12 Pro has the deepest chamber and the easiest clean-up.
